The bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable, it would benefit from having AC but that's a minor thing.

The staff is very attentive and the location is perfect. We are in the historical center and close to all points of interest.

The hotel is a little tired. Check in is done by two very overworked waiters. If you arrive at a busy time, they barely have the time to book you in, let alone attend the tables. They were great, but you don’t get the welcome to our establishment feel. We stayed three nights. The noise outside on the Friday was very loud until about 2 am which is to be expected in Spain when there is a bar below. However, the room was badly soundproofed and guests were waking us up coming back until 6 am. Saturday and Sunday night were better.

It appeared that the bar and restaurant were only open on an ad hoc basis and not every day/evening.

Very central and close to all camino attractions. Just a 5 minute walk from Santiago cathedral.

The location listed is completely different to the actual location. We struggled to find the hotel initially. The only way to speak to the hotel manager is via the phone and the one we spoke to didn’t understand English so just be mindful of it!

Location is fantastic - all major tourist sites are between 5-10 min walk. Bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, bathroom was tidy. Got an electronic code to get into the building and room which was handy!

Expect the sounds of the city in the early hours …

Location in the old city, but also not far from the stations - train and bus. Very convenient for all the historic sites - the cathedral and museums and parks. Loads of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, including a bakers and restaurant in the same building. Good sized room, big comfortable beds, with electric radiator if needed. Very clean and safe with key code entry - there’s no staffed reception. Able to leave bags on last day when checked out.

The room required updating. The sliding closet door came of its rollers.

Place was nice and the staff was nice but the room was substandard. It was suppose to be a room with a city view and a balcony which it didn’t have.

It wasn’t an older building. Many are in this area. It could’ve used a little updating. There wasn’t a lot of real food offered at the bar.

Property was a short distance to too many amenities of the old town of Santiago, especially the cathedral. There is a bar restaurant downstairs.

There was mould on the bathroom ceiling. The place was overall clean however this could be improved by the property. (Not crazy amounts but enough that it's worth mentioning to be addressed by the hotel - it wouldn't put me off staying)

Clean, comfortable room and super central location, the price was great. Also the staff were lovely!

It really needs some money spent on it. Could be really good. Ceiling light hanging off, door lock and latch just functional. Main area needed to be hoovered.

The hotel was in the style of a lot of buildings in Santiago , old and in serious need of repair,but it was clean.
