This was a first rate hotel, literally built into the mountainside and offered stunning views. The beds were very comfy, friendly staff, great evening meal and breakfast as well. Very happy with our stay.

Pity you can't have a drink on an outside terrace (doesn't exist), but the inside view was still beautiful. We loved it here.

Super rooms, beautiful views, good food. So special - beautiful decor! It is located at the top of the lovely village just under the castle. Great value for money. Friendly personnel. Parking area is small, but there are more spaces a bit further. Delicious food at the restaurant.

No outside space to enjoy the view with a drink although the view from inside is of course spectacular. Charging point for phones near the bed would be useful but a small point really.

Very special location with beautiful view! Very friendly service , the bed/mattress, pillows and covers were extremely comfortable!! I/we really loved the place! Would go back there any time!! 10/10, plus the "pueblo Blanco" is very beautifully located and itself extremely attractive!!

Although the room was hygienic and well cleaned, we did find some hairs in the shower & on the bed, and there were some stains on the blankets (I'd still rate it 4/5 clean). Limited English speaking personnel, yet helpful!

Beautiful environment. The hotel is conveniently located in the town with everything in walking distance. Parking was no problem for us. The restaurant was fine too!

No Parking

When you go to a hotel, there are some things that are uncompromising, cleanliness, value for money and service. The rest is a personal choice. Firstly the location. We went on a holiday weekend and it was difficult to park although there is parking above the hotel and in the town. The hotel does not have dedicated parking. The hotel is at the top of the town and has amazing views of the country and reservoir. Secondly, the hotel is lovely. Not quaint or historic but a feel good place, clean and looks like it's had a recent lick of paint. The room we had was fine and what you expect from a hotel of this category, bed comfortable and everything worked. Lastly, the staff were really helpful and polite. Breakfast basic but good and the restaurant more than adequate for the price. All in all, very happy with our stay.

The town is very small so there were no restaurants open at normal dinner time during the week night. We ended up eating at the restaurant located in the hotel but it was very pricey for an okay meal that didn’t fill us up. If you plan walking to this hotel for your stay, be aware it is almost at the top of the mountain so the walk can be hard for some. It is worth it for the views though and didn’t bother me much.

This hotel was lovely. Super clean, neat rooms with one of the most amazing views of the landscape outside. Check in/out was very easy and the receptionists were very kind and helpful.

An extra chair would be helpful. A stiff climb from the lower parking lot.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Fantastic view over the valley. Good location at the entrance to the upper village. Room well-equiped, very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful, despite the lack of English on their part and Spanish on my part. Lift available to bedrooms. Good air conditioning / heating system.

We liked everything

We stayed here on a cycle tour. It was a long climb up to the village in wet weather but well worth it. The views from the hotel restaurant and rooms are stunning. We could bring our bikes into the hotel. The staff were all very friendly. Our room was large and comfortable with a minibar. A very good breakfast and dinner were included in the price which was excellent value for money. The hotel is in a great location just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the very attractive village.

We arrived on Sunday and Maps Google directed us through the main square which is closed on Sunday, the other route going straight to the hotel unfortunately is not on Maps Google yet.

Not much. A bit of noise came through the walls and ceilings which woke me at 7. But otherwise excellent.

Location - incredible position and view. It has a small car park. Rooms tidy, traditionally stylish, clean, v comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Great place!

Amazing view from the room. Unique place. Very nice personel and service. Very polite and helpful Senor in the restaurant. He recommended two of two very good wines. One of two the best place I have ever stayed.
