Very small room with nothing in it other than the bed. No table , no tv. No closet. You hang your clothes on the wall. I literally slept with my suitcase on my side because I don't know where to put it. The toilet is in a corner between the shower and the sink. It cannot fit a big man.

Very close to mezequita, just a walking distance.

- Check-in process. - Value for money is too expensive. - Impossible to call through WhatsApp despite the instruction on the front door. - The company needs to train the new employees more carefully. - We were sent the wrong access code and we had to contact the support line which delayed the check-in. - The toilet seat is not installed correctly. - After 5 minutes of showering, it turned into a swimming pool inside the shower cabin.

Bathroom was super small, shower and toilet separated by a courtain, water gettingevery where. The air-con was on hot, I messaged reception and didn't even get a response Room was small and not so clean. Waited about 45 minutes to be attended by reception, as they have many many sites and only one reception, poor guy on reception was overwhelmed.

Only the price, because it was 1st of May and it's very busy in Córdoba.

The walls are paper thin. I was woken up multiple times by the noise of someone having sex (I guess that’s why they call it Adults Only) and the traffic outside. The bed wasn’t clean, I found stuff on it, not sure what it was. Room had no heating and since I was here on a colder night it was slightly uncomfortable.

Great Location. The staff sorted out an issue I had very quickly.

The door had some holes, but heating is solved by airconditioning, there were no hairdryer and only one clothes hook. Wifi was poor, only in the staircase OK.

The Mosc-cathedral, city center, paella, churros are nearby. Great artworks everywhere in the building. We got towels!

Poor sound insulation and we heard everything on the street as well as the toilet flushing from next room. The dispensers of hand soap and showers are empty. Need to pre- request hairdryer prior arrival from the reception ( in another establishment)

The room is clean. Very good location in city center. The customers service from the hostel by WhatsApp is very attentive. Easy self check in process.

check in procces - totally useless and irritating. I think it is inspired by Franz Kafka’s book Procces. Kafkaesque would be eufeism. You had to check in online, give ID number and so on. But they keep sending you messages. First they send you messages through booking, then whatsapp and then email. Probably 20+ emails. One with rules and condition, one with check in information, etc. Totally useless. Would be bearable if they used only one platform but they keep confusing you as they use 3. Also they send you duplicate messages - one through whatsapp and the same one through email. Also constant reminding of what is prohibited and what you could be fined for feels unwelcoming - as if they supposed we want to demolish the room.

The room was quite simple and could be quite noisy due to the other guests but we still managed to sleep well

The place was in a decent location (although check-in has to be done in a different building) It is not super central but it is easy to be able to get to the main areas quite quickly. The young man who did the check-in was really professional, helpful and kind. We were able to store the luggage securely and collected later. .

1. Communication Problems: I spent over an hour trying to contact the reception via phone before checking in. The calls were either not answered or abruptly disconnected after being picked up, causing great inconvenience. 2. Room Condition: Upon entering the room, I discovered that the lights were not working, leaving us without any light for the entire night. 3. Safety Concern: The bathroom experience was particularly distressing as the horizontal bar in the shower fell and hit my head during use, posing a serious safety hazard.

The location is OK. It is quite convenient and close to the mosque.

It is impossible reach the hostel by car, and it's difficult walk with the luggage in that streets. The curtain in the box can't prevent water of the shower to fall in the floor.

The location is perfect to visit the historical center. The place is very calm. Every space in the hostel is pleasant: the yard, the terrace...everything. All instructions were helpful.

The shower was extremely small - so small that there is no room to bend - the whole bathroom was extremely small. We are 1.65cm tall and 73kg ... just imagine the discomfort to larger people. The floor was dirty Some power plugs were not working and coming off the wall. Communication about how to pick up the keys was poor - we arrived at the property and realized that the checkin / reception was elsewhere - we had to drive 6.5km through the very tiny streets of Cordoba to get to the reception that had no parking - it was a one way street and we were blocking traffic for 10 minutes - it was a nightmare and very stressful. Very noisy at night well past midnight

- check in was in another location, which was not clearly stated (we were walking back and forth, cause we didn't get the key) - AC was NOT working - emergency phone that should work "24/7" did not answer (we called them like 3 times) - phone number on the door also did not work - room was very tiny and i think relatively expensive - we could hear everything from the corridor - shower was tiny (about 70x70cm)

I received numerous emails and WhatsApp messages which was information overload. They used covid 19 (yawn) to have no check in at site after 6pm. I arrived before 6pm at 3pm and there was nobody there either so figured I had to go to the other place where I was given keys and returned to the accomodation - the keys didn't work, a PIN provided on the email on booking dot com did not work, the "emergency" phone number went unanswered - back to the other place (now exhausted with all the walking) - the young guy kindly walked back with me, he managed to get the key to work after fiddling with the lock (clearly defective). Anyways when we eventually got into the room we really liked it apart from the really tiny bathroom, could hardly fit in but that was ok as the place was reasonably priced. Loved the location also.

The bedroom and location were really good. The cafe downstairs served a nice breakfast also.

The check in system was a bit complicated because you had to go to the other location. There was also some noise from the street and neighboring rooms at night, but thankfully these stopped before midnight.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was close to the river and the mezquita. There are nice bars nearby for tapas. It was a great location for seeing the different patios during the fiesta.
