Handful of minor insufficiencies that together amount to only a 'decent' rating; shower door leaking water to the floor, no matter how much we tried to avoid it. No designated towel for the floor, no rag to wipe the water. The drain has pointy parts inflicting painful pokes to the feet, when stepped on. Drain stank after every use. No room to hang wet/used towels. Limited shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Floor wasn't clean, especially around the corners, and under furniture. No kitchen towels, only a single, handkerchief size that wasn't sufficient. Retractable division screen wouldn't stay in place when retracted. Microwave and washer's displays were unreadable due to wear, so it wasn't possible to know what settings we are selecting. No rag to clean floors. It would have been great to be able to hang clothes outside the window. The water in the pool was so dirty that it appeared greasy.

Enjoyed the location, very decent value. Nice staff. Enjoyed having the washing machine. Despite being a small apartment there was plenty of storage and all basic necessities such as microwave, hair dryer, wash and shampoo, clothes drying rack.... Kitchen was equipped decently though drying rack for dishes would be helpful. AC in the room. Enjoyed being able to open windows, too.

It’s rather small, not really suitable for 4 people (but ok, if you just sleep there). Not convenient for the small kids, my one fell off the sofa. I really wanted to swim in the pool, but this pool is not really for swimming, it’s too small. :(

Perfect for the couples! Air conditioning works well. Great location, if you want to see the city, even without a car. Good parking. This tiny studio really had all the needed facilities, even the dishwasher. Great stuff!

The apartment needed a little tlc, especially in the bathroom, the plug was missing from the shower tray and the seals were a little mouldy. My husband cut his finger on the sliding door which had no stopper and trapped his finger against the wall, potentially dangerous with young children. We don’t use the pool but it’s worth a look for a laugh, very small, not deep enough to call a plunge pool either but looked clean enough.

Ideal for a one night stay for a family of four. Main bed extremely comfortable, sofa bed not great but fine for smaller children, it seemed a bit dusty like it had not been used for a while. Everything you need in a self service apartment. We asked for extra pillows and they were brought to our room within the hour. Welcome packs with basic food and cleaning items were a nice touch.

The sofa bed was not so good! Suitable for a child, not for an adult: one of the mattresses is the sofa cushion, with a faux leather surface. I couldn't sleep there!

The position is good, you can walk easily to Casa Batllò. You can get out and find many places where to eat!

The furniture is starting to show some use, we could see that cleaning was not thorough enough, though all main spots showed cleanliness (kitchen / bathroom / beds), the TV looked small but again wasn't the focus. I think what I've missed the most was a coffee machine and capsules. Also it didn't made sense to me that guests should have to take garbage out on check-out.

The check in was fast and clear on all information provided. The apartment had all necessary amenities for the stay, though was short on coffee machine :). Bed's were comfortable enough and the sofa bed was a simple task to make us all comfortable.

If you open the couch it is hard to walk to the dining table. The front door is not so thick, if your neighbor comes home loudly you can hear that.

Close to the city centre, many shops (Aldi+Lidl) and restaurants are in the neighborhood. However next to a peaceful street where you can walk into the busier area. Well equipped kitchen with a welcome package. Very friendly employees. Bed was comfortable. It is a quiet area.

There was noise from neighboring apartments until late at night. The beds were not comfortable at all. The apartment was older than showing on the booking photos. The WiFi connection was terrible.

The apartment was clean and the room specious, but it was loud. The location of the apartment was excellent. Walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and excellent options for public transportation. Nice, cozy cafes and tapa bars in the neighbourhood. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard, the pullout bed was hard, the bathroom sink leaked once it was filled with water and released, the dryer rack was too small/wobbly for the amount of laundry we had.

Aramunt was in the heart of everything. Was such an ideal location and the apartment was very easy to stay at. The front desk staff were well educated and polite throughout our stay.

The paneling underneath of the washing machine and dishwasher was broken and falling off, should be easy enough to fix. This would have made my 7 a 8 out of 10. It was very ugly.

The apartment was quite small- it was manageable with two small children but I would not recommend for families with older children or those who prefer more space. The pool really is tiny- more of a plunge pool. We did still use it one very hot day to cool off.

The location of the apartment was the best part- in a good area that felt like we were among locals. Steps away from bakeries, bars, cafes, pharmacy, fruit shop, convenience stores. A short walk into La Rambla. We also walked to Casa Batllo and La Sagrada Familia. Kitchen was well equiped and the washing machine was very convenient.

The second thing is that they advertise that they are a normal and family accommodation, and in front of the accommodation there are three gay bars and two gay shops, i.e. the whole area is full of gay bars and the like, what kind of message is that to families with children and when children they are watching two people of the same sex kiss, should I tell them that it is completely normal? If I had known this detail, I certainly wouldn't have booked accommodation because it seems that more normal families don't have any rights...However, in the end we came on vacation and I didn't let those details ruin my vacation, but I had to struggle to get back the money that was taken from me as a deposit at the end...Until I contacted booking, they didn't want to return my money with the answer is they have 30 days to return it :) ...This is the third time I've been to Barcelona, ​​I'll keep coming back whenever I can, but never to this place again...

I hate the most when they lie to me and look me in the eye... When you book with them, it says nicely that you can pay in full at the accommodation, but no, they immediately took half the sum from me after booking... I have enough experience to read everything it is written because there are various checks at the accommodation that are written in fine print regarding cleaning and taxi fees, but this is the first time that someone has taken half of the money from me in advance, even though I emphasized that I want to pay in full at the accommodation... Upon arrival, I was they lied about how it was the hotel's policy and various things and the like, after that they asked me to give a deposit of 350e from the card again, which I did not agree to, of course it turns out that a person who has 150+ bookings has to pay a deposit, although it is not emphasized, now it has to rather, they do it informally, and I came with my family...Regarding the accommodation or apartment 62, I saw that a lot of things were damaged, so I took pictures of everything so that they wouldn't charge me for the damage, I also showed the pictures and they called the repairman to come while I wasn't in the apartment to see what it was. it needs to be repaired and what's wrong (the washing machine and dishwasher doors had fallen, but they could still be closed), the kitchen table and wall elements were quite worn out and the like, for which I still have pictures and video proof...Day later I found two more people who had a similar case as me, they were taken money in advance and asked for a deposit, when I talked to them I realized that they did the same to us because we were with children (it turns out that our children are monsters who they destroy everything they come to)...

We came as a group of 4 friends we had a double bed and a sofa bed but found the space to be quite cramped. There was hardly any space to move around. We also had purchase dishwasher tablets and sponges ourselves. However the staff did provide sponges and cloths and dishwasher liquid after cleaning the room during the middle of our stay.

The property is very close to everything and easily accessible.
