We traveled as a family with two teenagers. We were very comfortable and happy. The apartment has everything you need and is in an excellent location, close to all transportation and a restaurant area. Xavier was also very attentive and made all the necessary recommendations. I would definitely come back. 😊

The sofa in the living room was not the comfiest ( it had a little incline), maybe for smaller kids is ok, but not for adults. I personally missed a dish drying rack in the kitchen. The apartment also lacks sound isolation, especially from the side of the bedroom from where you enter the bathroom. Every time the neighbors used the toilet and the shower we heard it in our room very loudly.

The location is great, the apartment is nice and is perfect for a short stay. The WiFi was excellent as well.

It was a convenient location for the walking distance of major tourist attractions. The apartment is not big but compact enough for the tourists. The owner was very supportive and informative.

wall, they made from paper. neigbours never quiet, u can hear everything what going on in next appartments and they think its not enough and they go out and in hall very loud discuss all. when someone open/closeddoor it sounds like they do it in ur appartment and its first time scared me. Neighbour who lives upper its another story, every morning 6 am and late evening he run around appartment boom boom boom boom. u can listen all what he doing shower/toilet or at 8am listen dram n bass

We were overcharged for taxes and were told that they have increased since May 1st even though that was not true, after complaining the amount overcharged was returned to me(Camilo was the one that originally send me a picture on WhatsApp as a prove of him returning the money, but he lied and never left the money in the apartment, when I called him he told me to talk to the owner and hung up on me, this situation was stressful and unnecessary). The apartment’s furniture and finish are of very low standard, the building is dirty , no light on the hallway which was problematic when opening doors to apartment, both lamps in the living room were not working, the sofa bed was broken and it was making so much noise that was waking me up , the kettle doesn’t have an automatic shot off and the handle gets incredibly hot, the shower was dirty and moldy, the socket by the sink in the bathroom was broken so we couldn’t use it. I would not recommend this apartment there are better options in Barcelona.

Great little apartment located near a metro station and the sites. Well furnished with everything you need. The building has a lift which is a must. The host was fantastic giving restaurant recommendations and local sites.

very responsive and friendly owner and person who came to see us. We had to wait for a while, but that was mainly because we did not have roaming for internet connection. Excellent location. Good tips from owners on places to visit. Apartment had everything necessary and was clean and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience

Best location in the city centre - near metro and bus stations. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Definitely we'll recommend it!

One word for this property, amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Barcelona. The apartment is so central, close to many famous attractions, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and many modes of transport. The apartment had everything necessary for our trip. The hosts were fantastic, I was sent a list of reccomendations and any help or advice needed I was welcomed to text and ask. I could not fault one thing. Thank you so much to the hosts for making my trip so enjoyable!
