very nice apartment with direct view on the sea. the sea is distant 100mt more or less. from the balcony and from the couch you can always see the sea. everything was very cleaned and the flat was well equipped. the flat is very spacious the owner and her helper, Tina, was super available and easy to reach. the price was very reasonable

We had thought we had booked an upper floor apartment with sea views (as the vast majority of the photos showed this) however we were on the ground floor with just a glimpse of the sea between buildings. It should have been made clear in the details that an upper floor apartment had to be requested from the owner. The owner did offer to let us change but only for three nights at the end of our stay at an extra cost (not at the price we had paid six months earlier when booking). Also, the apartment is next door to a restaurant which is not noisy or a nuisance but it does generate cooking smells.

The location was very good close to the sea and walking distance from swimming areas and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable with good facilities and a pleasant terrace.

Not much to be honest, all good altogether.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful and quiet. Few local shops nearby, sandy beach in the village, natural pools in the next one, all walking distance. Plenty of parking space around.

There was very little we didn’t like about this property. I don’t like giving negative reviews as I don’t think it’s helpful but, instead, offer some advice about what would improve the property even more. In this case there are only some minor maintenance issues that would be easy to fix. The kitchen tap needs tightening and the bathroom could really be improved by a brighter light bulb, it’s quite dim in there. One or two power points and light switches are not the correct size and should be changed. There are plenty of plates etc. but a couple more decent wine glasses would be useful. The apartment is a little tired but none of these things would be a deal breaker for us and we definitely intend to come back. We live in Las Palmas and it’s a very easy destination for us.

Great location, ten minute walk to Arrieta, 15 minute walk to the beach, another restaurant 30 metres away. Walking in the other direction, a fifteen minute walk to Punto de Las Mujeres and the natural pools. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen comprised a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, filtered coffee maker and plenty of implements, pots and pans etc. Plenty to cook a full meal if you so wish. There is plenty of storage for clothes etc in both bedrooms and the beds are comfortable. A washing machine was very valuable and worked well. There were only two of us but there seemed to be plenty of hot water. We would definitely stay here again.

N.B. The location pin on directions on bookings.com is inaccurate and show the apartment a different location. Maybe something Lorraine the v helpful host can change. The apartment is v close to the restaurant El Largo, 30 paces away. Find the restaurant and the apartment is on the road at its side entrance. A sign with the apartment name would also help. We almost missed the no 25.

The location in quiet part of Arrieta. The stunning sea and mountain view. Spacious apartment with sheltered balcony. A restaurant on the corner of the street. Easy to park on quiet street. 10 minute walk to centre of Arrieta by the sea. Arrieta fab quiet pretty town with a few restaurants, beach bar and local bar. Also nice walk by the sea to Punta Los Mujeres.Great helpful host with v prompt responses to any messages sorting out any minor problems. Also lovely to have wine, water, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar provided. Thanks

I called the contact number on arrival at the property and Tina was there in minutes to hand over the keys so I could begin my holiday !

Perfect location! Superb views, right on the ocean. Very comfortable apartment, very clean, good TV and cooking facilities. Great shower
