There had been a urine stain on one of the pillows for the bed which was disgusting to be honest. We didn't moan, luckily there was a spare pillow on a spare bed of which we didn't need, so we just snapped the pillows around. The beds were a little bit too firm for our liking, we didn't get a good sleep. I noticed there was a plastic water bottle with a tube running through it attached to the boiler, this would leak down onto the work top below it. I had to keep soaking up the water, there were water stains around it which indicated it had been leaking for a while and a constant water droplet from the cap could be seen. That was the reason we had been told to wait a little bit between showers. I didn't like seeing this, I thought it made such a nice place look a little bit tacky in my opinion. Could have done with some washing up liquid, we had to buy our own and left it there for the next guests. The television had only Spanish channels, I found about three English speaking channels but it was a basic Freeview. I did ask why we weren't able to connect to the TV because it was a Samsung smart TV, I have the same one at home. We were told it wasn't a smart TV and we had to watch the channels that were on there, but it clearly was a smart tv because when turned on it literally said smart TV. The function to connect it to the internet had been disabled. Why? Why do that when your guests would like to simply connect to the TV and watch a bit of Netflix, it's beyond me. All in all, the location was okay, people will walk by and are quite noisy but that's nothing too much, it's bound to happen. You will hear your neighbours above you, if you have any. However, the apartment is nice, I would recommend a bigger sofa for larger families because a two seater isn't practical. The communal bins are on another street, yes it's close by but inconvenient when you have a toddler and an autistic child to look after.

I like how clean and nicely decorated the place was. It had a modern feel to it. The shower was very powerful, which was fantastic. The AC was also great and very needed.

Straightforward, rapid communication in English from the host. We arrived a bit early, but the apartment was very quickly cleaned and readied for us to occupy.

Beds are hard and could have done with extra pillows. Like other reviews a full mirror is needed.. never stayed in an apartment that didn't have one!

First day we arrived the light in a bathroom was not working, it was not fixed until late afternoon next day, same with no iron. As well the doors/windows key in small room was not working I asked them to fix so we can open window for fresh air in the room, but that wasn’t fixed. Bedsheets and towels were not super clean and fairly dated.

The location, was perfect and the terrace was such a nice plus. In general apartment was really lovely, as we were out most of the day it was very convenient.

Super cute property, very clean and the terrace was very big. Plus the owners left us shower gel and water bottles, which I thought was a simple but nice gesture. Great location, 5 min walk from the beach, and 10-15 from the Marina Lanzarote which has plenty of restaurants. Try the tapas restaurant Strava Vermuteria, food is amazing!

If you have a car, It is hard to find parking close to the stay. There is a dead end lane beside the apartment that you can park it, but you should to keep in mind that there are signs prohibiting parking.

The apartment was spacious, with nice decoration, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped including all the modern amenities that a family needs. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Great location in a quiet street within short walking distance from the shops, restaurants, cafe and bars. Great value for money! I would highly recommend staying there for your holiday!

The walls are quite thin so it can get a bit noisy if the neighbors are loud. Also the mattress is quite firm and not very comfortable. The bed is on the small side for tall people. For reference, I’m 1.91m and did not fit on the bed at all.

The apartment is very clean and well designed! The kitchen is well outfitted and the apartment is exactly as described. It was easy to find and access.
