It would be great if a dish soap, dish sponge, kithten paper, and a small hand soap bar for the bathroom are included in the welcome kit.

We stayed in the apartment (with the big terrace) for a few days in may with our 2.5-year-old child, and the location was absolutely perfect. It’s right in the old town, next to a lovely park and just a few minutes’ walk from a bus stop for line 95, which conveniently goes directly to both the Bioparc and Oceanogràfic. There’s also a bike rental station just a few meters away, a pharmacy right accriss the street and Carefour Express in 100 m. Even though there’s no elevator and it’s effectively on the 6th floor, the stairs weren’t a problem for us, not even for our toddler who managed them several times a day. For a central location, it was surprisingly quiet. The windows isolated outside noise quite well, and we didn’t have any issues with noisy neighbours. The terrace was a highlight. We had every meal out there and spent most of our time outside while the little one napped inside. It’s a wonderful feature of the apartment. Just heads up - the temperature on the terrace was a bit cooler than down at the street level. Here are a few things to note, based on some of the comments I had read before booking: Yes, there’s a slight smell in the bathroom, as is typical in older buildings, but it wasn’t strong or noticeable in the rest of the apartment. The bathroom itself is spacious and comfortable, with a window that can be opened. The dishwasher is a bit rusty inside, but we only used it when we were leaving. Otherwise, we were fine washing a couple of cups and plates by hand. The kitchen is large, well-equipped, and nothing essential was missing like kitchenware. BUT You’ll just need to get your own dish soap, sponge, and kitchen paper. There’s a good hairdryer provided. The complimentary toiletries are in small sachets — practical, though I personally missed having a small bar of hand soap for the bathroom. The air conditioning was powerful. We only used it briefly, but it cooled down the entire room within minutes.

The apartment was very nicely decorated. Big window doors that open so you feel like you are sitting on a balcony. The view is super. The two bathrooms are very handy for a family. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything very comfortable! The host is very helpful!

We loved our stay - very nice and cosy apartment. We were welcomed by Francisco who gave us lots of tips. The terrace is super nice too. There are quite some stairs, as mentioned by other reviews but honestly it didn't bother us at all (travelling with a young child and pregnant woman). Location is perfect to explore the city. Would definitely recommend!

Torres de Serranos Apartments made our stay in Valencia truly wonderful! The host is very kind, responding super-quickly. The apartment positively surprised me in many ways - it is better than what you see on photos. Apart from the obvious wonderful elements, like the terrace, the attention to details for comfortable stay is fascinating - memory foam pillows, high quality pots and pans, perfect cleansings. My rating would actually be 12/10!

The location is wonderful with a view of the Towers. The apartment is intimate and well designed. The furniture is current, very fresh. The kitchen is very well equipped. I would add a second change of bathroom linen for weekly stays, even if there is a washing machine.

The apartment was on the third floor with no lift, so climbing up three flights of stairs was a bit tiring, although I did know this when I made the booking. Instructions on how to operate the hobs would have been useful, as well as what the colour coding on the waste bins meant.

Booking.com says above, "You stated a preference during booking for a quiet room." That is incorrect, I made no such request. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was some commodites available (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, etc.) The location was excellent close to the centre of the old city, within short walking distance of shops, restaurants, local attractions, etc. The owner also provided useful information on local grocery shops, bakery, restaurants, and points of interest. Information on how to travel to the apartment was also provided. WiFi connection via a QR code made joining the WiFi much easier and the speed was very fast, 250 MB/s.

The only potentially negative comments refer to the challenges (for some) of the building. The loft is of course on the top floor. There is no elevator so one must be able to climb 93 (yes, we counted them) stairs. Also - access to the patio is through a very low opening door, not really as problem but it takes a bit of organizing to get there with "stuff" - wine, food, laptop, etc. But it is truly spectacular once on the patio!

This loft apartment came as advertised - beautiful, including its modern fully equipped kitchen and spectacular private patio. It is close to everything in the old city - the Catedral, Mercat, restaurants, etc. Hosts Lena and Herman were very friendly and there to greet us.

Only things was that you only get one pillow each and their is only a cotton blanket on the beds and I really like something heavier. Some additional blankets would be helpful. There are stairs but they are WORTH IT!!

Everything! This place was paradise and it was the first place that felt like home. As soon as we arrived our kids asked how long we were here for, hoping for a long stay. The apartment is huge, and the location is *chefs kiss* couldn’t be a more perfect location, yet it was quiet and soundproof overnight. The views from the balconies are breathtaking, the whole apartment was sparkling clean, lots of little additions to help you feel at home (coffee, sugar, toaster, oil, salt, pepper, everything). Beds are large and comfortable, air conditioning worked extremely well. All the main attractions are within 10 mins walk. This apartment is like a home away from home, we were so sad to leave, it’s warm and inviting and I can’t wait to return again.

A bit dusty and no elevator since it’s an historical building so heavy luggage up the narrow stairs is not easy. Also pans and cooking equipment could be newer.

Great location next to Serrans gate. You can walk around the most ancient parts of town and enjoy the most beautiful views of the city. Nice interior, very comfortable overall. Good beds, washing machines and dishwasher….Reception and welcome was friendly and efficient.

It felt distant and like a cheap hotel because of the little sachets with gel and shampoo. Or the exact number of white roses per person. Also there is a music equipment that only works with iPod or CD (who has this nowadays) When trying to connect this equipment balls of dust where all around.
