Loved the place. Instructions to parking were fantastic. Location was magnificent - a 12/10. Wish we could have stayed longer. Be aware, though, that you need to take your own coffee, tea, condiments, etc, as absolutely nothing is provided. Not really a problem as a great supermarket is available about 400m away. Any of the tapas bars on the plaza are great.

The place was wonderful all around

What a fantastic place to stay in Ubeda. The location was even more lovely than the pictures convey. The bed was super comfortable, shower terrific, sitting room inspiring and overall experience worth the choice. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a charming place in Ubeda. There is even an elevator that leads to a private entrance to the apartment. The communication of the host was solid and instructions easy to follow.

The apartment was absolutely perfet. I can’t fault it at all. The fact that the lift takes you straight to the apartment is a plus. Air conditioning throughout. Comfortable beds. Strong showers. The place was spotless. The location couldn’t be better. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Úbeda. A 5* accommodation in a beautiful town.

The kitchen did not have a lot of amenities

This was a beautiful apartment on a square. It was very well located. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen. Just know that one of the bedrooms may be a loft which was not made apparent to us.

The communication with Jose, the host, was pleasant. Our apartment on the first floor with wonderful view to the beautiful big square Pl. Primero de Mayo was comfortable and well equipped. We felt at home!

The kitchen lacked simple ingredients like salt and pepper. These are not strictly included in most rentals, but when you rent a flat, it's nice to not have to buy these staples every time. The kitchen sink needs some attention.

The location was perfect, on a beautiful square in the historic center. The apartment was basic but clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

Some of the apartment's furnishings, such as the couch in the living area, are showing major signs of wear and need replacing. Some fixtures and fittings are also scuffed and worn. This detracted somewhat from our stay.

The apartment is in a great central location, ideal for sightseeing. It is also very spacious and has direct lift access which is handy when carrying luggage. The apartment's location means that there is no on street parking close by so the access to a garage (at extra cost and several minutes walk away) is a huge bonus if you are driving.

The towels, bedlinen, and pillows need to be replaced. There was no cover on the duvet. It would have been nice if there had been a sachet of coffee, sugar, and tea in the kitchen, particularly if you arrive when the shops are closed.

Great location, right in the beautiful old town. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment is big and has an elevator . The main room looks over the square. The apartment is very secure and quiet.
