The apartment couldn’t be in a better location, right on Gran Vía and literally just a few steps from the metro. The street is always lively, but the apartment is really well soundproofed, so we slept perfectly every night. The apartment itself is very modern, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the balcony. It’s such a nice spot to sit in the evening, watch the sunset, or even have dinner outside. Check-in was super smooth too. They didn’t just hand us the keys, someone actually walked with us from the office to the apartment and explained everything clearly. The office itself is clean and welcoming, and they even offered us water, use of the bathroom, and free luggage storage, which was really handy. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to experience the best of Madrid right in the center.

The tv was small and mounted poorly so it permanently leans and there is no shelf in the shower to hold any toiletries

However, the space was quite small and would benefit from a shared clothes dryer to go along with the washer. Street noise was noticeable at night, and the room could use better insulation. It would also be helpful to have extra blankets or covers available. Unfortunately, some of the other guests were inconsiderate, making noise at all hours and loudly knocking on their doors, which disrupted the stay.

The location of the unit was excellent—right in the heart of the city near Gran Vía, with easy access to restaurants, shops, bars, and major attractions. Public transit was just steps away, which made getting around very convenient. The unit itself was clean, everything was in working order, and the bed was comfortable.

It's small, but I need to walk 5-10 minutes to go to their main office to leave large luggage after check-in. If someone needs to leave luggage, please be aware of it!

We really liked the location of the apartment, central and comfortable. In general everything was clean and tidy, very comfortable and everything was within reach to enjoy the holidays. Also having restaurants, shopping stores, museums and tourist places was a total pleasure. The staff was incredible, always in contact and the service was excellent.

Great location and excellent customer service. Well-appointed apartment and the shared terrace is magnificent! With only 4 apartments sharing, I never ran into anyone while I was out enjoying snacks or wine while overlooking Gran Via.

Other guests didn't care to make noise at any time of the day. They knocked their doors without caring about the other guests and this really bothered us.

Location was the main benefit of this property, but also the facilities were in good condition. Despite of being so close to Gran Vía, we didn't hear any noise since the room was properly isolated. When we arrived at the property, we needed to wash our clothes, and we were able to do so without any problem. This was also really convenient for us during our stay.

Excellent location, one minute from Gran Via metro station, in the center of the town in walkable distance from every poin of the center you want to visit. The apartment with private terrace over Fuencarral shopping street is absolutely amazing. The common terrace and dining space the same. The main staircase with the Victorian stile elevator gives you a good vibe of class. Clean, comfy, perfect !

We could not get the apartment block heating to work at all so the huge radiator and the heated towel rail were useless. There is almost no storage space for cases. Difficult to hang any washing you do in the machine and the combined washing dryer did not appear to dry anything. Stayed 4 nights and no replacement towels and bearing in mind this was an expensive apartment would have expected more.
