Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThis was our 1st stop on a 2 month trip. We liked the location for all the amenities near by, but it is a way from the heart and activities of Barcelona. That can be a good thing or a bad thing, it depends on expectations. It was comfortable, clean, staff helpful, parking available, but a bit challenging. Metro at the end of the street, though we didn’t use it. Overall a great start to our trip!

We were given a warm welcome by the reception staff,and they were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The facilities in the room were good,and the foot massager was a big bonus.We sat in the garden every evening with a bottle of wine and met other guests, The Metro was a few minutes away,and the buses into the city center were right by the hotel. We will definitely return on our next Barcelona trip.

The reception staff, Melissa, Francesca and Celia were exceptionally helpful. Celia especially went out of her way to make sure all our queries and needs were addressed very promptly and efficiently and with a friendly smile. Please complement Celia and the others.

AustraliaAlthough not commonly found in Europe - the use of fly screens on windows would be a blessing. The room had nice big windows allowing natural light and fresh air, however I got attacked by mosquitoes. I am prone to being bitten though so this is personal preference.
We really enjoyed our time at this property. We stayed 7nights so made good use of the kitchenette facilities for breakfast and therefore didn’t opt for the hotel’s breakfast. The size and layout of our room was sufficient for our purposes. Staff were very willing to help with our needs and requests. The best part was the location and its close proximity to the train station, supermarkets, main parts of Gracia’s attractions and of course Casa Vicens Gaudi!

GermanyThe rooms are slightly outdated. There is currently some renovation work happening so after wards the rooms should be a lot nicer again. The renovation work makes it a bit noisy in the mornings. The hotel is overall not very soundproof and you can hear a lot from the neighbouring rooms. Water pressure could be better.
The hotel is very well located, right next to Fontana station. The area is very nice with Casa Vicens Gaudi right next door. You can even walk to Sagrada Familia. There are lots of little restaurants close by.
