Very much a hotel for people with young families. Which is great for those it suited. Looks like the young kids had a blast. Would defo book the adults hotel if your child is over 16. Usual sun beds taken before 8am and left empty most of the day when only a few people using the pool around midday.

The facilities was great and the location was good. A 20 minute walk to the shopping district, Cala Gran and about 10mins down to Cala Ferrera. Both beaches are lovely.

Ants in the room and the lack of sunloungers

An hours drive from the airport. Amazing location with lots of bars and shops right round the corner. The beach is very small and not adequate for the size of the hotel. The pools are also small for peak season. There is not enough sun loungers. Other than that the place is gorgeous. The animation team are fantastic. The food was plentiful, although not amazing but there was always something to eat

The room was a bit tired but okay and adequate for our needs. There were a lot of ants around the room entrance and balcony inpaticular

Reception, restraunt, and entertainment staff were wonderful with all. The communal areas such as the pools, restraunt, and reception well kept clean and looked the part. In the main I would recommend for a young family.

Sewer smell.We were accomodated in t-houses.Ants were spoted inside the house,especially in the bathroom. A bit too far from the beach.

I think only the kids pool should have a heating on during some part of the year because the water was freezing in April and my daughter did not enjoy at all the pools. Of course the world does not spin around me and my family, but it would be a nice add! Also Lunch time could start at 12!

I loved the structure, the apartament, location is perfection, staff was lovely and helpful, great variety of food and drinks.

Commun area lack cosiness, missing a heated pool, buffet restaurant should drop non Spanish food as it's not up to standards while Spanish food they serve is great.

Hotel is amazing the wonderful entertainment team made the holiday so special for the kids. Rooms clean and modern. Hotel facilities spotless. The entertainment everyday keeps the adults and kids going.

Beds a bit creaky however mattress were quite comfortable.

A little dated in the rooms. Our drain in the shower kept clogging, and the door to the bathroom didn’t close. The food at the restaurant wasn’t very good - lots of fried and greasy food, very little trad local food on offer.

The room we stayed in the shower was a bit dodgy but that's the only fault I can say the rest was lovely! Would stay again definitely.

The staff were all absolutely amazing. The pools were clean, sun loungers were all in great condition. The food was really tasty and nice variety every day. The entertainment was all great especially the motown!

It would be nice if there was an internal bar, on the upper level somewhere next to the reception and the lovely seating area. Only one bar facing the main pool and a little bit of the lower, less elegant sitting area, did not feel enough

Aesthetic look of the common areas, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant beside obvious ‘British’ food offered some Spanish food and some healthy choices so it was a good mixture for various dietary needs. The sun beds around the main pool and ‘Micky Mouse’ pool were very comfortable. The maintenance team promptly resolved the problems in our room.

Our room was next to the animation area, loud music throughout the day until 23:30, very noisy for the kids to sleep. Cleaning services could be improved.

Good variety of food, lots of options every day, nicely cooked. Excellent animation team and great outdoor pool for toddlers, best pool we have had for our kids on holidays. Beautiful location next to a picturesque beach.
