An aparthotel with parking, located at the edge of Pla de l'Ermita. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a small kitchenette. Breakfast is good. One evening we also had dinner there and enjoyed it very much.

This is actually a wellness centre, but they also rent out apartments. These apartments are spacious and well-equipped. While it is a bit further up the mountain than Taüll and Boi these villages can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car and this was a very affordable and well-reviewed option. There is also a terrace available for those who wish to sit outside. When we visited, there was enough parking space around the facilities, so the paid private parking was unnecessary. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was clean and tidy. Good size room with great mountain view. Staff was very friendly. Outdoor Swimming pool was Amazing 😍. Great location close to starting point for popular hikes. Parking on site.

United StatesThe apartment (beds, floors, surfaces, kitchenware) was not cleaned to a good standard. You are supposed to clean yourself before you check out (or risk being charged 50 euro), but there are few cleaning products supplied to carry this out and the check-out time of 11:00 means this will likely be performed in a rush. The interior needs modernisation and renovation.
There was a wide selection of breakfast items. The waiters will supply gluten-free bread and pastries. Dinner was good.

UkraineWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and were not able to go to the Spa for two days because it turned out that we had to book it and there were no more places. In addition, the spa is closed until 16:00 and unless you are skiing or walking in the mountains (like my child who has a disability), you just sit in your room or walk around the street until 16:00 (which you can do it at home). And it also turned out that for the fact that you visit the pool you have to pay 20€ for 1.5 hours 😬That is, you pay a lot of money for the room, for breakfast, for indoor parking and also for the pool (which is not indicated anywhere). We went for dinner once, paid €26 per person, the meat was brought raw and it turned out that you have to pay extra for grilling it and again no one talks about it. There are almost no vegetables for breakfast, people who can't eat only meat and carbohydrates for breakfast, don't buy it. How should vegetarians be? Or people who need vegetables, not just carbohydrates in the morning.

The apartament was nice, and clean, however a bit old, some furniture could be refurbished. In breakfast buffet there wasn’t much variety but the products were of good quality. The view from window is breathtaking

United Arab EmiratesExpectations were very high based on the previous reviews and the overall rate. The overall experience was pretty disappointing and here is a list of reasons why: - Before reaching the place we tried to call twice and both times were put on hold for long time - The only dinner taken at the hotel restaurant was below average from starter to dessert. Pasta was extremely overcooked and the cod’s sauce was really sweet and disgusting - Breakfast was a 2 star level, missing the essentials such as granola, brown bread, fresh juices, sparkling water, no gluten free or dairy free options. Very boring and always the same - Spa was really noisy, dark, chaotic and not enough space or beds to relax. The extra cost to access the facilities is really unnecessary for what it offers. - At the reception and common areas there was a very strong smell of smoke that alternated with a smell of clorine, inducing nausea and diziness - The people at the reception were nothing but unhelpful when asked what to do nearby - Overall the finishing of the room were not up to 4 star resort - They never changed the towels in 4 days - When asking for a hot chocolate around 4pm, they couldn’t make it one so the only option was to use the coffee machine to make one - The safety box didn’t work - There was no telephone in the room to call reception if needed - The cherry on top of the cake was the absence of a toilet brush to clean up after your business… when we asked if we could provide one, we were told that they don’t give for hygienic reasons… (speechless) Overall no good value for money. No recommended unless they lower the price drastically

Spainbreakfast staff. we stayed 3 days. The first day we had to leave earlier than 8 am (when breakfast starts) to reach to ski and the staff did not allow us to even pick of something before they open. Though this was normal. We did not use the first day breakfast. The second day we approached at 8 to take away our breakfast and eat it on the way and staff did not allow us and said the break fast is not for take away. So, we could not use the breakfast for the second day either due to unreasonably rigidity of the breakfast staff. Also for the 3rd day, we found the breakfast very poor.
location was beautiful but not as advertised for skiing in Baqueira. It is very far from Baqueira and if you are booking this place to ski in baqueira, this is going to be a very wrong decision.
