The bad...tub is slippery, it needs a mat. Soap was so small almost impossible to hold, no supplies to make coffee. We sent an email asking for additional pillows and we never got a response. Room 21F

The apartment was in the best location and picking up the keys was super easy! It’s a spacious apartment with everything you’d need for a longer stay, but is equally as perfect for a short stay like ours. The host was super responsive which I always appreciate. Muchas gracias!

The key pick up was challenging after a 24 hr journey from Australia. Cleaner was still cleaning when we arrived after arranged check in time so we had to leave & come back later. No plug for kitchen sink made washing dishes challenging.

All the process is through a machine or by phone so it feels very impersonal. We had some problems checking in and we had to call since there was nobody around to ask. The apartment wasn’t very clean either.

The property is well located. The apartment is basic but has everything that you need. The building has an elevator.

The keys were collected in another address, in a 5min walk. It was infremed after the booking was confirmed. It was fine forme, but I may think it could be a bit problematic for elderly guests. When I arrived at the flat, I found out that the toilet had been used and not cleaned or flushed. Onky small towels were procided, there were several of them, but no large towels.

Tle flat is in a perfect location, very central, right Catalunya Square. It is large with lot of space.

Close to train station and metro station. The location was great for walking plenty of restaurants in the area. Accommodation was clean, quiet, and beds comfortable, would definitely stay again

The apartment needs cosmetic renovation and more thorough cleaning.

Excellent location, the airport shuttle bus stop is just 100 meters away. Lots of restaurants and shops in the same building. There is a small cafeteria just next door and a big shopping centre just around the corner.

The apartment furniture is old and worn out. Towels are washed out and now grey (used to be white, I assume). When we asked for fresh towels, the same grey ones were provided. All plates/cups/utensils in the kitchen are not matching and as if collected from all over. The dishes were rather dirty; we had to wash everything before use. The furniture and bathroom is dusty; and they do not look clean. The toilet brush looks like it is 20 years old and has been aggressively used.

The location is great. Big ceilings, quiet and spacious apartment, and easy to find and get in. There is a lift in the building to get luggage up and down. There is bathtub which was one of the cons for our choice.

Excellent location to reach most of the attractions either by foot or public transport. Situated on the border of gothic quarter and just few hundreds meters from main public transport hub Catalan Square

The apartment didn't have a number outside the door, so we had no idea where it was in the building.

The location was central to everything. The apartment was clean and accessible by a lift.

The apartment is very basic, pretty old and worn-out. It’s clean and comfortable overall, but surely isn’t a place to stay for more than a coupe of days. The street next to it is busy, so keeping the windows open is not an option. Moreover, for us it’s been pretty dark as we haven’t found a way to open the window shutters.

Great position for a short stay in Barcelona - easy to reach with public transport/Aerobus, central, next to shops, restaurants, many tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable.

The check in procedure was not near location and when we asked for help we didn't receive any assistance. The details should have been highlighted at start of instructions not at the end which was overlooked. The tiles is bathroom need an anti mold on them and bedroom ceiling a good clean.

The location was amazing walking distance to all attractions.

Twin beds were bad, barely better than a camp stretcher, with two sheets on. Did find a blanket and old duvet in closet. Only tiny bottle of shampoo for two peope for three nights. No tea or coffee no sugar no milk, just a coffee percolator. Instructions to get in apartment are tricky the door is behind a door off stairwell with no number on it. Pricey but goes with territory..

We prepare one or two meals a day in our apartments so proper set up of kitchen implements is important to us. There was an eclectic set of dishes and silverware. The entire apartment needs a fresh coat of paint. The chairs at the dining table all leaned to the right. Not sure if they are just getting worn out.
