Night life is happening around you; we felt safe but not everyone would.

Good size room, great location (close to metro, old quarter, food, buses etc) lovely kitchenette; cute verandah. There was excellent coffee, fridge, all kitchen tools.

Location was excellent. It had a lift and communication was great. The bed was very comfy.

A small seating area e.g. two chairs and a small table in the room would mean you didn't have to sit on the bed when relaxing in the room. Having to follow a confusing link or download an app for codes was a bit much. Outside of their control but there are currently major roadworks throughout the city and directly outside of the apartment so noise was terrible.

The location was great, central to all main attractions and in the heart of the old quarter. The room had character and lots of light due to the three windows overlooking the cityscape. It was spotless and had all necessary amenities.

Nice historic building, lovely little balcony, working kitchenette. Very friendly (remote) staff. Awesome location in center, walking distance to metro and everything.

Beautiful, convenient apartment located at the heart of the gothic quarters. Nice kitchenette for making breakfast or small scale cooking. It was nice to have a place for clothes + a side table with chairs. The room looked like in the pictures. On a busy street, which I enjoyed, but not for travellers looking for a silent room.

Flush on the toilet broke at the beginning of our stay but got fixed after a few days whilst we were out.

We were originally only given one set of towels for 8 days. We needed a change and had to ask for them to be changed. 8 days is very unhygienic to use the same towels. There was no tea towel for drying up our dishes. We needed instructions to operate the coffee machine. The cups provided didn’t fit the coffee machine. We needed two smaller cups also. Two bottles of water in the fridge would have been a nice thing for us on arrival. (This has been done by others properties)

Property was good. Access was easy. Great to have a lift in the property. It was clean.

Our room had been double booked, we walked in to "our room" only to find somebody else was still there. So first of all we had a security concern that we were able to walk into somebody Elses room. We were put in a different building around the corner, It was ok but it wasn't what I had in mind when I booked the accommodation. We had to ask for some compensation, we were provided with a small reimbursement for our stressful experience. I would not recommend this company.

The communication was poor to say the least. Examples from the issue we had entering the property, the detail requested (a few times) on the nearest metro station (never received the detail), to teh request for fresh towels after fours days - all were poorly attended to. Plus the shower flooded ever time we used it - very disappointing.

The loactaiopn in the Gothic Quarter was ideal.

The difference of instruction to enter, lack of direction to what all needed to be done to enter multiple doors, I was given multiple property locations via email and booking.com. When I did call the property number it never went through. I luckily got let in and shown the ropes by other tenants and otherwise would have not been good. When I finally got in, the toilet was running non-stop, outside was constantly loud, and the a/c was out. When I emailed the property the first full day I was there, it took them until the night before I left to respond…. So not responsive. I’d not recommend or book again.

It had a good proximity to center city but I didn’t realize how noisy and difficult it was to maneuver. It was especially difficult understanding instructions because booking sent different ones then the emails I directly received.

Two single beds rather than a double, as is the case in a lot of Spain. This would’ve been a nice luxury but didn’t change my opinion on the apartment

Excellent location right in the heart of Barcelona, apartment was modern and well equipped, easy access using the contactless check in, absolutely delighted with our stay I didn’t want to leave this apartment. I was quite apprehensive after other reviews about noise & uncomfort, I did not experience either of those things. Communication from the host was impeccable, we were given early check in and received a phone call to check on us daily.
