The only downside was the parking situation. The apartment is located on a large and busy avenue, and it’s not possible to park directly nearby. You have to search for parking in the surrounding area, and available spots are not very close. Something to keep in mind if you're traveling by car.

Nice and spacious apartment. The separate bedroom and dedicated children's room with two beds were very convenient for our family stay. The apartment is well-equipped — air conditioning, a functional kitchen, and a balcony — everything was in good working order. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I did not have any clothes washing facility a nuance but not too much of a problem.

Conveniently located in the city. A call to the caretaker had him there in 5 minutes to store our luggage and was back at 1pm when the room was ready and he assisted to get our luggage in. A very roomy 2 bedroom unit fully equipt kitchen with the biggest fridge freezer that I have ever had in any Booking.com property I have stayed at. It had a large lounge dining area. I would stay again.

Small balcony. Limited kitchen utilities such as no tea towels, no toaster. Also, there are no blankets for cooler night.

The check out time is too soon.

The air conditioning + the double windows worked very well and helped maintaining the apartment cool. Also the janitor, the recepcionist and the cleaning ladies were very kind.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, but it was still good. Tea towels for washing up. A washing machine would have been perfect. But, this was still a great stay.

Great space! Great location. Had most of what you would need in the apartment. Staff were helpful. Left luggage service was a real plus.

Missing a few things in kitchen which we are used to in Australia eg. Toaster, oven gloves, spatular or tongs for fry pan.

The check in process was automated. It was easy in hindsight, but tricky when never having done it this way. Luckily we had assistance from the concierge who had to come to give us access to our bags.

Being on a busy road, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Shutters and double windows helped. An early drop off of our bags was accommodated, which was very helpful and compared to other accommodations in Spain, check-in time was quite early.

Very nice apartments situated in walking distance from metro Clot, Glòries and Encante. Easy to get to city centre. Spacious enough for 4 people, and with a narrow, but useful balcony. Easy to check in, bit be aware of the extra costs.... Remember you key card when you leave the apartment because you only get 1! Kitchen is not fully equipped and pots need a replacement. If you are going to cook, remember to bring a spatula 😅 And also bring dish towels... As the cleaning only comes by every 5th day, you never know when... So my advice is to buy extra toilet paper... The house is very loud, so you hear neighbours clearly. Our apartment was placed towards the back, so we didn't have problems with the traffic noise. I liked the place and would stay here again!

There was no heating solution in the apartment, nights were chilly. A coffee machine would be nice to have :)

The apartment is big, spacious, clean. Kitchen was also very useful. Beds are very confortable, the stores to make dark in the room are very nice. Also, it was very quiet, night and day, so we could rest as much as we needed. The reception boy was very nice and helpful, he stored our luggage for free. Thank you and hope to come back someday!

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit of a letdown. It was often slow and inconsistent, which was frustrating at times, especially for those who rely on stable internet for work or leisure. This is an area that could definitely use some improvement.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Despite being in a lively area, the courtyard-facing apartment provided a serene escape, allowing for a restful night's sleep, free from the usual hustle and bustle of city life. The location is also excellent—centrally located with easy access to public transport (bus/metro/train) and plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

Perfect location, you can easily walk around and there is also a bus, train and metro station close by. Easy communication with the staff and the possibility of storing luggage after chech-out. Spacious apartment, we were lucky to have the windows heading towards the yard, so no noice at all. Also, a great advantage is a lift.

There was no hot water in the apartment (once I was able to inform management it was fixed, but it was a hassle). The location is somewhat convenient to the metro, but far from where I needed to be. That explains how it was such a good value, but it meant a long daily commute to the convention center and other parts of the city. I also missed having a 24 hour staffed front desk.

The neighborhood seems safe, and the layout of the rooms/full kitchen was advertised. For most of my stay it was quiet, even though the traffic outside was constant. (That made catching a taxi extremely easy!) I really appreciated being able to check in early because a room happened to be available; that wasn't guaranteed but it made my stay much better.

We went in march , it was ca 10-13 degrees outside and no heating in apartment so a bit cold Also i would highly recommend to get proper duvets. They only have blankets, if this would be changed it would be great

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and all manner of transportation. The apartment is clean, bright and very spacious. Stayed for only 4 days, but it would be a fine place to stay longer. The staff were helpful and friendly.
