Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

TurkeyWe faced most times peoblem with entering the room because of deactivation of the entry card. Cleaning is not good enough. On google maps it looks like very close but in reality it depends on where you stay. Because there are many apartments some are very close some are far.
Facilities. There are pools for every apartments. Hot water, children park, small aqua park for children.

United KingdomThe restaurant, very very busy. A lot of the time could not get a table easily. If you did manage to get a table it was stacked with dirty plates from the previous people. Staff did not clear plates and were forced to clear them ourselves or sit on a dirty table. In my opinion not enough staff for the size and business of the restaurant, very hectic and not enjoyable
Great pools and lots of things for kids to do

United KingdomThe pools sometimes needed more attention and a couple of times found cigarette butts in the kids pool which wasn’t nice. Also some of the pool sides got really sticky by the end of the day from people leaving their drinks. Worst thing was how slippery the pool sides were, it was quite dangerous and one man fell so hard he cut his head open. It’s worth bringing some beach shoes for children so they don’t slip over.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of entertainment, swimming pools, near to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby which kept us busy. The rooms were lovely and clean. We had a great time.

SpainThe food was some of the worst I have had in Mallorca and I've stayed at many hotels. The dining room was chaotic at all times. When we arrived, we were given a key card and sent to a room located at the back, which required a proper key to access. After lugging cases down the stairs, we then had to go all the way back to reception, where we were given another, much nicer room around the front.
All the kids facilities, parks and water parks were amazing. Our room was really nice, big and clean. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel for families with young children.

Lots to do around the site with many different pools to choose from. Our room was lovely and spacious. The location is around the lovely lake and just a 10 minute walk to the beach

United KingdomThe whole resort is absolutely massive and, being on a lagoon, mozzies are a problem - even with plenty of bug spray we still got bitten. There are obvious signs of maintenance being carried out across the resort everyday but overall it does look a bit tired and dated. The staff are constantly jet washing, litter picking and trying to keep the place as clean as possible. Sadly they were contending with lots of guests who lacked the basic manners and consideration for others to do basic things like put their own rubbish in the bins (of which there are plenty so there is no excuse). It seems harsh to criticise the property or the staff for the behaviour of their guests! Not sure how the pools stayed SO cold given how much sun was on them all day everyday - the sea was probably a good 10 degrees warmer than the pools! Beware poolside - wet or dry, the tiles are very slippery even with shoes on and we saw lots of accidents involving adults and kids.
The property is well located about 15 minutes walk from Alcudia bay beach. Our room was in Fedra 3 which is the furthest point from the entrance to the resort making it nice and quiet but also about a 10 minute walk to the exit - and that was with older children walking fairly briskly. With younger kids you could take anything up to 20+ minutes to leave the resort. Our rooms were clean, air con worked and the staff we spoke to were perfectly lovely and helpful. The maid service was good when it happened but was hit and miss in timings! Can’t comment of food or drinks as we were room only and didn’t use any on site bars or restaurants. We played Padel whilst there - easy to book and good facilities. We were room only and booked last minute. Overall we had a good week as we got out to different restaurants and the beach most days. Bellevue ticked a box as a base for our time there.

LuxembourgMaybe not the hotels fault but people throw all trash , it’s very nasty overall in the complex. There are many buildings and if you don’t want to/ can’t walk, it’s not advised as you must walk very far to the beach. - food is mediocre but ok - no organization in the buffet (difficult to find a table) - most of all, customers are just overall not compliant with rules and cleanliness - avoid Sirena buildings if you want to sleep before midnight (shows are in front of building and last til 23:45 Every night)
Good value for money Concept is great - many shows, stuff for Kids Waterslides and pools Deluxe rooms are great Staff is helpful Could change rooms

LuxembourgTho I have to say I arrived at 2am expecting the room I payed for. Getting a "Standard" room or "Apartment" even tho I payed for "Deluxe Double". The Room was full of mold, cables looking out, illegal cable installation which isn’t legal in whole Europe especially because the electrical junction box was mounted in a kitchen. As an electrical technician I can’t close my eyes there, there is a cover for the electrical junction box so moist or etc. doesn’t make it burn or whatever. It can and will kill a person if not more than one if not changed. I don’t care if it’s Palma or whatever, we are in Europe a modern continent so we do modern installations so people can sleep safely! There were even VISIBLE cum stains on the couch. It was room 116 in Minerva 2 I think it was called. Like I told the reception, not mad at all at the workers there, but I am mad with the Owner of the Resort because they did invest in wrong things.
The upgraded room was very big actually the second biggest room in Sirena 1 and 2. It was clean and everything. Thankfully the workers in the reception understood it instantly and gave me the new room the next day. The rooms in Sirena 1 after inspecting mine and the ones of my friends had 0 problems if we talk about being safe in a room. So very good.

BulgariaAt first, they gave us a very bad room – it smelled terrible and was dirty, even though it was considered a “standard” room. We asked to change rooms, and they moved us to a much better one from the deluxe category, but we had to pay an extra 150 euros. Also, the area around the swimming pool was full of discarded paper cups. There really should be a fine for people who litter!
Our room was very comfortable with a nice view. The food in the restaurant very delicious with a lot of choices.

United KingdomSome wear and tear but didn't bother me. Bland and repetitive food
Great facilities and entertainment. Apartments aren't bad considering the price yeah there is some wear and tear but nothing that would ruin your holiday. Swimming pools and activities are great. All inclusive food wise was boring plain food really paella was nice but food was the same every day. Drinks very strong but could be improved on cocktails. Location was ok £10 to the beach in a taxi.

United KingdomSurprised at a 10 euro returnable deposit for the TV remote. It did not affect us, but given the size of the site I was surprised that there were no trolleys at reception for anyone arriving at the main entrance. It could be a long walk across the site.
Our stay was in early May with a good price for the room with buffet breakfast. With a hire car (booked prior to travel) it was a perfect base for touring the east of the island and local walks. There are also buses available. Site is large with free car parks. Excellent breakfast.
