One member of staff was horrible, really rude to anyone who asked her anything. Unhelpful, unfriendly and just dislikes her guests. Shame really, the other members of the Vistamar team were great.

Having to pay for air con in your room seems a little outdated. No food available. The bar a couple of buildings away up the bank does take way options to make up for it.

Nice little touches in the room to try and give it a quirky/homely feel. Drinks priced very reasonably. Good walking distance to the beach. Really clean and looked after.

The only disappointment was that there was an extra charge for Air Con, which was not very good and kept going off, and the Sun loungers. This is not made clear in the hotel description. So allow about £10 a day if you need them.

the fact that no maids came in the week we were there, if we wanted towels we had to take old ones down to replace. also same as bedding take used bedding down to get clean. also i stayed in room on my own yet still had to pay 150 euro deposit which was part of my spending money.

Beds. Not terrible just not great either.

24hr reception with bar for soft drinks and beer with vending machines for snacks and hot drinks. Large clean well equipped apartment (incl. mugs, kettle and teapot) with big terrace including chairs table and sunloungers. Key card entry for apartment and external doors at night. Safe in room. TV has large selection of channels including many UK ones. Huge pool and sun bathing area with lots of beds. Immediate response to minor issue with shower tray. Speedy checkout. Situated next to a supermarket and 2 bars and just a short walk from HoPPa drop. Although set back from the sea a little it was only a short walk to more bars and restaurants, nightlife and the old town. The Sunday market was a stones throw away.

Kitchen had everything we needed but, apart from the new hob, was very tired. Table and chairs in the sitting room were tatty also. Looks as if hot water comes from an individual immersion heater- only just enough hot water for two showers. Aircon and safe only available for an extra payment. Minor quibbles though, overall this was brilliant, and really exceptional value for money.

Lovely staff. Fantastically clean apartment with refurbed bathroom, great shower, very spacious and huge balcony.
