No aircon but it wasn't a big deal even tho tempteture was in the 30's we had windows open so a nice breeze it was quiet so all slept well

We are a group of 4 female friends age 60 to 70. This was the perfect location for us on the seafront. Easy to walk 10 mins to the strip for busy nightlife, it was surprisingly quiet. I love the Beach my other friends liked the pool they bought lilos to lie on €5 as there's no sunloungers. Everything is close by including a supermarket nextdoor but one. I'd come back and stay here again the apartment was clean and well equipped.

On our arrival we were allocated an apartment on the 20th floor (even though I requested a lower floor apartment). I found it difficult to stay for long on the balcony due to the height looking down from the balcony.

Lovely sea front apartment opposite the beach in an excellent location with amazing views, good facilities, nice and clean. Very spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with balcony. On the positive side the views were amazing and with it being so high up we didn’t hear any noise from the promenade late at night. The apartment had WiFi, Safe deposit box, English TV channels and Air Conditioning all at an extra charge.

The location was fantastic, beds comfortable, a bit dated, key collection is poor, tv reception at times non-existent, TV and WiFi should be standard, shower was brilliant but soon flooded due to poor drainage, bed settee very uncomfortable and position poor for watching TV, bit of a mishap mash of kitchen equipment, overall good value for money,

No cleaners came into the apartment during our weeks stay so we had to tidy away our own rubbish which was a pain as we were on 13th floor. There was no TV remote & when I asked at the office was told it was 15 euros to hire for the week. I have never experienced that in all my travels and thought it was very cheeky to have to pay extra to watch the Tv.

It was in an excellent location with a great view from our appartment. The staff who cleaned downstairs were very friendly. The room was clean.

Think they could possibly leave some washing up liquid, cloths and a few toilet rolls.

The apartment was on the beachfront and could just sit out on the balcony for hours, day or night, with the fabulous views. Fabulous sunsets too. The kitchen had all the utensils that you would need for a self catering holiday. Loads of towels, few tea towels and sheets left for us. Fully equipped, fan, blankets, iron & board. Couldn’t fault the place really.

I was not advised that the keys to the property could not be collected at the office because the office was closed due to a holiday. I had to go to the agency door notice to find out that I would have to go to another site to collect keys. Why not advised by e mail of such?

There wasn't even a roll of toilet paper on arrival. Apparment was completely bare, not a cloth to clean the counters ,no dust pan or brush,not a drop of washing liquid left. Only small things but makes a huge difference when you are staying for a week

There was no air conditioning and only 1 portable fan. The remote control for the TV was also missing and as we arrived on a Sunday the reception was closed and we could not get any additional fans/remotely until the following day. Key collection is at a different address on a Sunday which is not a problem if you are aware of this, but it can be a bit of a trek if you walk with all of your bags on a hot day. Unfortunately we had a group of young lads directly above us for part of the stay who made a lot of noise when returning to their apartment in the early hours of the morning. I know Stag/Hen parties are not allowed but perhaps better screening of bookings should take place to try and avoid groups of this nature. No loungers around the swimming pool which was a little frustrating as we would have spent more time there otherwise.

The location was excellent, and the view from the apartment was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom, living areas and bedrooms clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and very clean. Supermarket directly next to the accommodation was well stocked and reasonably priced.

There was a drains smell in the kitchen. It was worse on some days than others, but it wouldn't put me off staying there in the future. The building is high and I'm not keen on heights. We were on the 13th floor which was fine, but I wouldn't like to be staying on one of the higher floors. There are 4 lifts available. There was a lovely pool located at the back of the apartment block. However, there were no sunbeds available around the pool. This may have been due to it not being peak season when we arrived.

Location was amazing on the beach front. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The supermarket was just round the corner from the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean and there was a washing machine in the kitchen. We were in one of the renovated apartments which was modern and nicely decorated.
