Staff at Ilunion hotels are always amazing, would recommend any if their hotels, especially this one. The pools are great and they have a train bus that goes to and from the beach every 20 minutes, which drops you off next to an amazing beach. For kids there's a kids club that our's loved and the food was much better than in some higher rated resorts that we've been to. If you don't like the food you have plenty of options 10-15 minutes drive into the neighboring city. Also, every night there's a live show performed by their entertainment staff, a group of amazing talented people that you definitely need to see.

Not that easy to get a sunbed in the pool available, please leave the towels and not use them and the hotel does not remove them. Would be great to have more options at breakfast

The location and the facilities of the hotel are great. The pool was amazing, 3 different areas to be with the kids and with activities on the afternoons that my baby enjoyed.

Furniture bit run-down but all in all, very clean. Missing a kettle in the kitchen, only supplied with a coffee machine which took ages to boil.

Pool area & Gastro bar/restaurant food was good. So was the buffet which offered a good variety of food, especially at breakfast. Staff were pleasant & helpfull too.

As a party of 3 told we were unable to sit at a dining table in the a la carte cafe because it was set for 5 people .. even when it was quiet. We were asked to move tables after we’d been to choose anywhere to sit.

Breakfast buffet is not the best quality and no variety if you stay multiple days. Rooms and amenities are outdated. Frontdesk staff is not always pleasant. Another hotel of this brand, located a few kilometers away in Calas de Conil, is much more modern with better amenities. For the same price, I would stay at the Conil location.

My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and location near restaurants, beach and supermarket.

Dishes in breakfast were not well washed every days of the stay. When touching them you can feel some waste. Fluctuation on the shower water temperature between hot and cold without changing the position of the tap

Nothing else around the hotel. Great for a few days rest though. 12.9km cycle into the town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor, with a large terrace overlooking the pool. Very clean, comfortable beds with enough equipment in the kitchen. Free pool towels from the lifeguard, plenty of sun beds when we were there. We had a lovely buffet evening meal in the restaurant, we were room only, it was €18 each, even though it says €25each on their information. Free easy parking on the road outside the hotel. Lovely beach about 15 min walk. Carrefor shop 2 mins walk.

It was quiet because it was out of season but we managed to find a few restaurants within a 10 minute drive that were open.

The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very clean. Nice staff.
