The settee/futon in the lounge is very uncomfortable and nothing else to sit on except plastic chairs.

I had a wonderful stay on my own. The apartment is in a great location. The cliff top promenade is just a very short walk. The Kasbah entertainment/shopping centre is just across the road with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and open air stage. There is quite a lot of noise that comes from there, especially at the weekend. Less than a 10 minute walk down a slope just next to the apartments, will take you to the main entrance to Maspalomas beach with many bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment reception team are friendly and helpful. There is frequent cleaning and towel changes. The beds are comfortable. I would describe the apartment as basic. There is lots of hot water and the shower was great. WiFi connection is brilliant too. The pool area is nice and was never busy when I stayed early April. I booked this apartment as the price was good compared to many others. I would stay again if the price remains competitive.

We had an issue one night when the water boiler exploded and flooded the kitchen in the apartment. Staff did come and turned off the water but we were left there for the night. Said sorry but no real apology.

The furniture needs updating.

The location was close to everything, beach and restaurants. The appartment was very well serviced, cleaning, changing towels, and bed clothes. If you had a problem the staff sorted it out immediately. Adela at reception was incredibly helpful 👏.

Kitchen cutlery supply was quite basic. Should be improved.

Excellent location. Maspalomas beach within 5 min walking with all restaurants and entertainment closely. Grocery shops and other restaurants the same close distance. One of the central bus stops for almost all main directions within 3 min. walk. Airport by bus within half an hour distance. Pleasant and kind staff. All basic necessary stuff was available. Towels changed and rooms were cleaned often. Very nice surprise was a sparkling wine with glasses for the New Year night😊

Unfortunately the complex is close to much of the late night clubs in Playa and therefore loud music and lots of clubbers around until the early hours of the morning. Bring ear plugs!!!!

Clean, basic accommodation with warm welcome and attention from staff (thanks so much Adela!) who go out of their way to help. And well located. Apartments are full of light and are very warm on sunny days. Cleaning staff friendly and respectful of your space. A great little holiday home at reasonable prices.

The bed wasn't good and also I can say the same about the sofa in a living room.

The staff was always ready to do everything for us if we needed, they were fresh and very kind. The location was good. Lot of good restaurants near us. The swimming pool was perfect.

The weather was a bit disappointing, cloudy much of the time with rain on 4 of the 10 days I was there. Coming back from the beach you either had to climb quite a steep slope or a lot of steps. The light in the corridor outside my room never came on so it was dark trying to find the keyhole to open the door (the receptionist explained that it was a management decision to only use every other corridor light).

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I was allocated a room on the top floor (as requested). The local sandy beach was not steep and was not too crowded. The nearest supermarket was just across the road. There was rarely much wind on the balcony. The cleaning lady came late to my room which fitted in with my sleeping patterns. The Kasbah CC was quite close so only a short walk from the final bar of the night back to the apartment.

The kitchen equipment was a bit poor (e.g. no sharp knives) but it was enough to cook a basic meal. Also there is no designated parking space, only street parking but we always managed to find a spot.

Really good location with wonderful staff. Both the apartment and the building were meticulously cleaned every day. The reception was really helpful and kind.

No air condition unit. Only one floor fan provided. Very hot at nighttime. Beds & sofa bed very uncomfortable. Not the owners' fault but next door neighours were out smoking/drinking/ chatting loudly on the balcony until 5.30 a.m. the first night. Maybe there should be some regulation as regards noise.

Everything was as expected as per all previous comments. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location convenient to shops, beach, bars/restaurants, transport etc.

Rooms could do with some updating and the lock on the door was not working.

The hotel was close by the beach, 10 min walk to yumbo, 5 min to all the shops and bars, the staff were friendly from check in to check out and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and done a fantastic job! Was in cleaning everyday.

My only recommendation for improvement would be more kitchen cutlery and utensils. I love to prepare big salads And there could have been more bowls / chopping boards etc.

Perfect location, clean, lovely staff and even the guests were lovely. This was perfect for our stay, quiet and clean and close to all the amenities.

Expect things to be very basic and long used in kitchen supplies, furniture, bathroom,... You can hear your neighbours well and some club in the distance.

Spacious apartment. You are right next to a way to the beach promenade. The path is good with a stroller as there are no stairs.

Airport transfer dropped us off 1 1/2 blocks away for no apparent reason. Not required for our February stay but no air conditioning for hot summer months. There was a floor fan though. Unusual layout with internal bedroom and bathroom.

Beds were comfortable. Apartment clean. Towels and bedding changed during the week's stay. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Nearby choice of supermarkets and shopping centre. Close to beach. Near to airport bus stop and transport generally. At least 2 nearby markets on Wed and Sat. Free airport transfer to apartment. Excellent facilities after checkout while waiting to transfer to the airport transfer like toilet and HOT shower.
