One thing that can be improved is breakfast, as it lacks variety. Especially for longer stays, we ended up eating the same food every day. Also some of the staff were taking our plates and cups without asking if we were finished. But the food was pretty decent most of the time, although we were disappointed that there wasn't any paella for dinner at all.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and tried to include us in the entertainment activities although we didn't speak Spanish. The ladies that cleaned our apartment were very helpful and thoughtful. This is a great place for families with kids. Close to the beach and the walking area, the location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable, although the furniture was a bit dated.

The food wasn't hot enough, it was warm or cold breakfast cold fried eggs & bacon not very nice lunch was the same , the food just need to be hot not warm ,which was a little disappointing

Really like the room it clean spacious, bedroom and living room with a small kitchen, balcony which over look street we liked and strangly was quite which was great for us I would book that room again. Only let down was the food not being served hot

Although there seems to be an aircon and a fan, only the fan was working. Since our room was on the last floor, it got very hot, and the fan helped a bit, but it was not possible to sleep with it on.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room had a nice big balcony and quit efair size for two people.

Hard to find fault really. So a big 'tick' from us!

For a reasonably priced hotel, our expectations were met. The rooms were a little dated but not to the point of looking shabby or unloved. Everything worked, so that's all that can be reasonably expected. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The facilities, bar, restaurant and pool, etc were all very well managed and spotless. We are returning there next year,

Our room was opposite the train track with constant trains from very early some with very loud horns. There is no garden view and the so called mountain view is the top of a mountain miles away (3rd photo), there is a pool view (very nice) a railway and busy road view and street views. The kitchenette facilities are very basic, two hotplates, no kettle only one pot for every thing(2nd photo) but, I'm not there to cook.

The location was great, staff were lovely and very helpful, hotel was clean and a nice atmosphere.

No electric kettle, no chopping board for food preparation in an apartment, air con not working initially due to flat batteries in controller, so obviously not checked between guests. No bath mat until the cleaner came on the first day. No instructions for TV or fan/lighting in bedroom. Our apartment was opposite railway line, room short of natural light and as balcony on railway side of building not good for sitting outside.

Great pool area, cleaners came every day, comfortable bed, decent size room, excellent wifi, safe provided without extra charge. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Reception and pool area spotlessly clean. Plenty of tables and chairs around pool with bar service so great for socialising.

The room had a view of the train track and road which was very noisy. Next time I’ll request a poolside view. To add a guest for dinner I thought was expensive when local restaurants seemed very reasonably priced.

Breakfast were poor (not much tasty choice, also NO VEGETABLES :( ). Weak animation. About food it is very confusing, when you etc.giving sauces in morning when there is no eggs, or in evening when there is fish. Why not give sauces for breakfast or evening all time? I hate eat eggs without mayonesse, or sausages without ketchup, so do the kids too!

The breakfast were a little bit poor,the housekeeping lady’s can easily grab your clothes with towels not paying attention and the you’ll never see them back , this way we left two items in the hotel )) But overall the vacation was great.

The hotel is 2 min from the sea, it has great location. The apartments are comfortable and have everything needed, clean .

The general feel of the hotel is that of an old people's home!

Not all the food at dinner was to our taste and we are used to food being hotter.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Aida who was exceptional. The room was large, very clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel location is fantastic, just a two minute walk to the amazing beach and local shops.

Because we were booking.com customers we were given the smallest room and the balcony with pool view was a view of the side of the hotel wall and of you looked over to the side you could see the pool. The balcony was so small you could only fit one small chair on it . Our friends we traveled with paid the same price as us and got a larger room and massive ball with pool view two sun beds chairs and table. The receptionist said when I questioned this that next time we should book direct not through booking.com

On the last night there was a lot of noise in the hotel, maybe due to the National day of Catalonia.

Very nice hotel, great location. We had a full board and enjoyed every meal we ate. The food was very good, lots of choice and variety. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially the room cleaner, but also the restaurant and bar staff. We were able to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The cost of the room was an awful lot and was exploited by the towns accommodation being full . But it was basic and okay

Excellent location . Very expensive for what it was but we were content . The staff on reception where very good .the place is made of apartments and hotel rooms . It was very busy sowejust used the beach rather than the pool area 50 m to walk was okay . Very popular with families who seemed to be having a great time . I didn’t eat there .
