The room had a bit of an old feel, with some signs of wear like degraded walls from humidity or rain. The bathroom layout was a bit awkward the toilet was tucked behind the sink, making it a tight fit and kind of funny.

The location was great and very convenient for getting around. The kitchen had all the basics we needed, which was helpful. A definite plus was the free underground parking. Overall, the stay was OK not perfect, but decent for a short visit.

The booking said there was a coffee machine in the room but there wasn’t and we had to ask reception for a kettle.

The apartment looked tired and needed some renovations. A lift to the 3rd and 4th floor would also be nice . The sofabeds were not very comfortable!

There isn’t too much locally to see and do but this wasn’t a huge problem as we were staying there for convenience to get to the airport early the next day.

2 single beds rather than a double bed, though comfortable with nice pillows Bar was open at random times, rarely in the evening, didn't take card only cash,rude lady kept telling us they were closing & we wouldn't be served again (even when we only had coffee) At the top of a busy road with very limited parking Noisy from road with window open No cleaning/beds made/towels changed as we stayed for less than a week (stayed 4 nights)

The online information about the apartment building is somewhat misleading, since it is not actually in the (side) street that is mentioned as the address, but on the main street which is noisy and very busy .

The staff at the desk was very helpful. Some of them went out of their way to help us out with some problems (that had nothing to do with them nor the apartment).

Noise! Apartments had no soundproofing, had to complain about slamming doors late at night with a large party. Top floor, no lift, needs updating. Broken blinds and tatty fittings.

Bus ride into was good experience, wish our buses were as good. Spent 6 nights and we had a good time to explore town. Staff very good, and helpful.

The facilities are old and noisy. It was a little outside of the town, which was not very convenient since diner can not be had at the hotel.

Two separate apartments close to each other which was nice to accommodate our family. The beds and bath were Oke. It did the job for a reasonable price.

Few kitchen utensils, table is too small.and there were only 2 table coasters although we were 3 people in the flat. Also, there were no.hair dryers available and we had to wait until someone else finishes using the one they gad borrowed.

Everything was just fine. No complaints. The beds were comfy. We used the microwave and dishes. We used the dish soap to clean up. We appreciated the free shampoo and bath gel, the two, comfortable pillows on each bed, the table and chairs and the selection of covers and blankets. There was bright lighting in the room. The only complaint is that someone in the room upstairs made a lot of noise moving furniture around and we left too early in the morning to enjoy the breakfast.

Hostess is at the front desk until 11:30 p.m. She was very helpful in arranging a taxi for early in the morning, answering question about the internet access and how to turn in our door key cards in the a.m.

I wrongly entered the booking details as 1 person which should actually be 2 persons. The hotel charged me extra for the change to 2 persons, but later refunded fully the additional charge to me upon my representations to them. I appreciate it very much.

Nothing, no complaints.

They very kindly allowed us to check in several hours early after a long and tiring flight when we were desperate to shower and rest. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was polite and helpful.

Just a heads up, there's a garbage collection point right in front of the apartment and the smell is really strong!
