We would have loved a safe / deposit box in the room - but didn't mind locking our valuables in our luggage everyday.

Outstanding location! For a place that's very near Gran Via, Calle Canalejas, the Puerta del Sol, and the theaters and museums in the Barrio de las Letras, we think it was very well located. It was also just across amazing restaurants, and beside convenience stores like Carrefour Express. We enjoyed walks to the Prado and to the Palacio Real de Madrid. Really enjoyed staying in such a beautiful and well-appointed apartment! Communication was also very easy. We had easy access to the apartment building and our own room with the virtual keys and codes, but at the same time felt safe and secure even without the reception / concierge services in traditional hotels.

The only downside we would mention is we could sometimes hear noise from other apartments, mainly within the bedroom and bathroom. I'm not sure if it was coming from the same floor or up above, but mainly in the mornings we could hear children shouting and screaming but it wouldn't put us off at all and we would 100% stay here again.

The one bedroom apartment was absolutely incredible and looked so much better in person. The location is exceptional with so many restaurants, bars, and shops within a 1-5 minute walk. It was great having a good air con system too to handle the heat as it was 33-36 degrees most days. The bed was very comfortable, too, which was needed after long days of exploring Madrid. We loved opening the balcony doors and listening to the streets below, and when closed, it was fully soundproof in the living room. It was handy to have a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and they even supplied tablets for each appliance. The apartment literally had everything you needed. We are so glad we found the apartments and we can't wait to return.

There were renovations done on the floor above us. Luckily we didn't stay in too many working days. The noise was very bad. If you prefer a view from your window, check which room you take. Our windows faced other windows, it was facing towards the center of the building. No option to even check out the sky. To increase natural light, a flood light was installed.

Great area, walking distance from basically everything. Super clean, well equipped kitchen, groceries 10 meters away, comfortable bed, slept great:)

The bedroom was soundproof but since we were 3 people, so the person who slept on the sofa bed couldn't sleep due to the noise down the street. Apparently people were partying until the morning, so it would be better if there is soundproof in the living room as well.

The apartment was very pretty, mixed of vintage and modern decorations. We had everything we needed, from soap to the detergent for laundry. The location was great, in the center.

It’s in a very good location, easy access to key spots. No hustle checking in and the lighting is pretty good. However, the curtains don’t block the light, can be a problem early in the morning. Loved it!Good value for money

The check in requires downloading a digital key and I found myself waiting and attempting over and over again in the street until I managed to open the door. The bathroom and shower are extremely small, so it is important to note that as some people will find it difficult to get by in there.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and there was also some coffee pods and general cleaning materials left for my use. There is an elevator so it is easy to get to every floor. It is a pleasant and nice atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you need and there is a washer and iron board. The size it's perfect and spacious for a solo traveler or a couple. The location is central and you can easily get to Sol, Gran Via and other central locations. The rooms was facing in internal patio so it was quiet.

The check in is 4 PM and check out at 12 ; there is no locker or any place to leave luggage and it made so much difficulties for us

The process to get into the apartment upon arrival needs improvement. Echoing another reviewer's experience, the code and website that was supposed to unlock the building's front door did not work for me on multiple devices. So I was only able to enter the building by following someone who luckily came out. I was OK/safe/alert, but the workers in adjacent stores warned that this was not a safe place to stand on your phone with luggage. I'd say either improve the online key experience or implement a manual handoff of the keys. Once I had the physical key and fob, there were no further issues.

Location was great. Apartment met my expectations: it was large with AC, reliable internet, and a washer with a drying rack provided (no dryer).

Curtains/blinds could be improved as to allow less light into the room in the early morning. Shower head could be improved.

Loved the decor, aesthetic and size of the apartment. It was very well equipped and had a modern electronic access to the room available too.

I have stayed in these apartments on 3 different occasions and have always appreciated the location, the style and the high level cleanliness but on this last occasion I didn’t see the same high level attention paid to the cleanliness of the apartment.

It can be a bit noisy at night but if you want to stay in such a centric area, it is normal.

The location was AMAZING. The other tenants were very friendly and the actual building was very nice. Updated appliances; kitchen was amazing and I loved the washer and dryer. Getting in with a code was great but it was also nice having a separate physical key for my grandma who isn’t tech-savvy. I would love to stay here again. The hosts always answered my calls quickly and always answered my questions. The AC was amazing during the summer and although I didn’t have a great view (I was on the first floor) I didn’t feel trapped since the apartment was spacious. Overall experience 10/10

The virtual key did not work at the main entrance to the building. When I tried to contact the host I had no luck. In the end we had to follow someone into the building to gain access. The virtual key for the apartment worked. It would have been helpful to have a user guide for the apartment (e.g. how to use the washing machine, air con, etc).

The location of the apartment was ideal and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and had all the amenaties we needed - it was very well kitted out.

The apartment was really clean, spacious and perfectly located. Comfortable bed, lots of amenities. A great place from which to explore some of highlights Madrid on foot. Comms with the agent was quick and efficient if needed.
