How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I feel it was overpriced for the room quality, the location was unsightly and we were kicked off of the sunbeds by the pool and told they were 40 euros to lay there while waiting 5 hours for our room to be cleaned upon arrival. We were told we were unable to get hotel breakfast on our check in day which was also disappointing and the cleaning ladies disregarded the do not disturb signs on our door and opened our door screaming "hello" at 9 in the morning. twice.

Each room could use some hooks for hanging clothes. A grab bar in shower would be helpful. Also we didn’t know the reception was in Vibra Jabaque Soul but our reservation was for Dreams. It was a little confusing.

Asked for an early check in but was none available. Had to ask for towels. Not happy at paying to sit on the day beds so didn’t bother with those. Asked for an iron several times but never any available despite being listed on the facilities.

Verified reviewWe stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. While we were welcomed in a friendly manner and the hotel is spacious with three swimming pools, the rest did not meet our expectations.
We specifically chose this hotel for its luxurious appearance online, but it fell short in many areas. Upon late checkout, we were mistakenly given key cards to another guest’s room instead of simply extending ours – a serious oversight. Additionally, we had to pay €20 to park our rental car, even though we returned it right after unloading our luggage. This felt unreasonable for such a short stay. The room itself was in poor condition. The air conditioning made a loud rattling noise and seemed poorly maintained, kitchen cabinet doors and the shower door were loose, and nothing indicated that housekeeping was addressing these issues. Although the hotel website mentions that it is “refurbished,” it felt more like quick, superficial fixes – such as painting over old surfaces rather than true renovation. Even basic security was concerning: our room door barely clicked into the lock — maybe 1 millimeter — and could easily be pushed open. This did not feel safe at all. The noise levels were extremely high during the night, with people returning loudly at all hours, talking in the hallways and thin walls that let through every sound. Definitely not suitable for families or anyone hoping to get a proper night’s rest. Around the hotel, we also noticed numerous signs of neglect: exposed wires, leaking air conditioning damaging the walls, broken lighting, and loose pool ladders. Out of three poolside showers, none were working – and it didn’t seem like a recent issue. Lastly, important details such as the cost of renting sunbeds (€25 per person) were not clearly communicated at check-in. This kind of lack of transparency added to the feeling that the hotel is more focused on maximizing profit than guest satisfaction – in Dutch, we’d call it “massa is kassa.” While the location is great for party-goers, I would not recommend this hotel to families or travelers looking for peace, comfort, or true quality. Sadly, this was a negative experience for us.

Regarding your comment about the use of our sunbeds by the pool: the beds you are referring to are our premium daybeds, which we offer for €25 per person per day. These beds are of higher quality and offer extra space, comfort, and service. It's important to know that this €25 is not an extra charge without consideration – the full amount can be spent on food and drinks at our Quib Pool Bar, right next to the pool. Guests can thus enjoy luxurious sunbeds and simultaneously order their favorite cocktails, lunch dishes, or snacks with the credit. For those who do not wish to use this option, there are always free standard sunbeds available around the pools. We regret that you experienced problems with your room, such as the air conditioning, loose elements in the bathroom, and the impression of superficial renovations. Your comments on these matters have been discussed with our technical service and housekeeping, so we can address them immediately. We take your report about the security of the door very seriously – that is, of course, not as it should be, and we will have this checked and rectified with priority. We also want to apologize for the confusion regarding the late check-out and the key error. This was absolutely not our intention, and we understand that it was perceived as sloppy and unprofessional. Regarding parking: we do indeed charge a standard parking fee of €20.00, even for short use. We will take your feedback into account in our internal evaluations and will consider whether an adjusted arrangement can be made in the future for exceptional cases such as yours. Finally, we want to thank you for your sincere and honest feedback. While it's never pleasant to read that a guest has left dissatisfied, your review provides us with valuable insights into where we can improve. We hope that despite the negative points, you still experienced small positive moments – such as the swimming pools or the location of our hotel. Definitely not a family-friendly place to stay. Rooms are quite basic and definitely aimed at partygoers. Pool and pool areas do not open until 10 and it can be quite noisy during the day and throughout the night (we were travelling with a baby). Staff at check-in were quite grumpy and unhelpful.
