Asked for an early check in but was none available. Had to ask for towels. Not happy at paying to sit on the day beds so didn’t bother with those. Asked for an iron several times but never any available despite being listed on the facilities.

Great location. Clean and fresh scented. A nice touch with a bottle of cava on my birthday.

Kitchen facilities were lacking. I had to use the sink with no plug as they say plugs get stolen… no washing liquid, drying cloth or kitchen sponge , no kitchen knife or chopping board

It was a bit noisy at 8:30 as they were some work in progress around and the rooms are not well isolated.

The walls seem to be quite thin so you can hear people next door if they’re partying, et cetera.

Great location with a good mix of ages. Nice pools right by the coast. Apartments are modern and clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are also modern and nice.

The bed was a bit too soft for me. Also, constructions around were disturbing even at night as well as party goers going to or coming back from parties.

Location is convenient, th pool is nice, a lot of sunbeds around it. I liked the view from the hotel window. Breakfast was of great choice, just not all the food was of a good quality. But it's good they made eggs - that saved everyrhing.

The beds were completely done and should have changed weeks or even months ago and the feeling was to lay in a hole. Actually we slept with our heads at the feet side, but even that didn't really improve the night's rest. Complaining to the reception produced no result.

Friendly staff, all appliances working fine and proper water pressure in the shower.

A bit more variety with the dinners. We had some challenges with the noise early on in our stay but the staff and more so the manager Oana really went above and beyond and moved us to a better room and quieter part of the hotel despite the hotel being full. She really made us feel like important guests.

Location is best. Variety of pools is excellent.

There was a lot of noise at night, you can not rest in any form because of the loud noise whilst in the hotel and outside either during the day or night time. The hotel was very old with a lot of defects such as:windows,doors,curtains. There weren't many diverse options for food. We don't recommend for families with young children. The pillows were very hard and the mattress was very soft.(Depends on preferences)

I really liked the view and the location where the hotel was. The staff was really lovely and helpful.

The views of the sea were amazing, and loved having a balcony to sit out in the mornings and evenings. The location was great and close to supermarket and breakfast and dinner choices from the buffet were great each time.

Rooms are small enough in size (3 persons staying) and very uncomfortable sofa bed. Very strong bleach smell in halls/pools at times but otherwise all ok

Lovely clean hotel, hotel is linked with other Vibra hotels on same site. Typical hotel breakfast but good choice & hit the spot. Lovely clean pool areas, plenty of beds, friendly staff.

- The staff at the reception is not friendly, since you are at the front of the business you should be more friendly, not with a grumpy attitude - deposit for an iron - there’s a lot to improve on the food buffet, the food doesn’t taste fresh, pretty much the same every day, it would be nice to see different food every day - they deactivated my card multiple times during my stay, and that was a bit frustrated - we paid for half board, and we had to pay for the drinks, even for water, which I found a bit bizarre - you have to pay for early check-in, 30€, never had to pay for early check-in in other hotels - I went to celebrate my sister's birthday and requested something for her. I emailed them, and they said we would find a little gift for her in our apartment, but we didn't. I had to ask reception for that.

- great location, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets - the apartment was comfortable and the sofa bed was also okay - DJ was excellent and we also enjoyed the summer rockz party 🎈
