Breakfast was small and starting quite late from 8pm. If you have an early morning, do not include the breakfast option.

Location was excellent, room was fairly clean. I was pleasantly surprised compared to the reviews I read. I got the room with the windows to the inner yard, it was quiet. The problem with the water tap in the shower room was fixed after I complained. Overall, my stay was better than I expected. Thank you!

Been in a very good area could be better. First time = bathroom furniture was broken and not hot water, only in shower Second time = toilet was in the wrong position. Had to sit sideways Third time = switches were not fixed properly. One light could not switch during the night. Came to repair it and it was worse. Came to repair again. Reading lights = if on, one ceiling light was on. (If two person in room, one won’t be able to read without disturbing the other. Many family members living in other Spanish cities would love to be in that area but I cannot recommend it

I would have liked the kitchen to be cleaned and the owner could provide a kettle and some amenities.

The location is excellent, very close to the famous Serrano street perfect for shopping and dining. The room is comfortable but noisy. There is a bar on the ground floor and one across the road open till late. The room is cleaned every couple of days, except for the kitchen. Curtains don't cover the whole window, so it gets bright early.

Very noisy as we were facing the street. Not ideal when we needed to have a good night’s sleep for the marathon the next day. Reception only manned until 11pm so we couldn’t request a different room.

The shower was a little broken (working but leaking, and the handheld showerhead didn't work), as well as the soap dispenser that fell down if you touched it by accident. Due to an unforeseen incident, I had to spend the day at the hotel, and they were renovating, which made resting a little difficult. I personally also like the option to not have a daily cleaning (put a sign out to request or deny cleaning). If there was an option for a less bright, more indirect light I was unable to find that but for work it was very appropiate.

The rooms are nice and clean, there was a little kitchenette that would prove nice for longer stays and also if you do not want to go out each time. It would allow you to travel on budget if you wanted. The reception, while not fluent in English, was still very helpful and kind. Check-in and out went smoothly. The area is nicely located for exploring and close to some nice bars and restaurants. Also well within distance of a grocery market for supplies. Overall, I would stay there again.

The decoration was bland and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also the lobby isn’t very appealing to the eyes when you arrive, but is clean and in a good neighborhood. If you plan on being out all day then I’d perfect for you. Also the tv is very small and you can only see local channels.

The room has a lot of space and the bathroom is comfortable. The location is excellent and is a very safe neighborhood, very close to go shopping to Serrano.
