Really nice apartments! Very comfortable, clean, basic apartment with a lovely balcony looking out over the ocean. Quite a few steps to get to the apartment but no problem once you are mobile. Would stay again for sure!

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the main promenade and the beach. The room was very cozy and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in ;) The receptionist is a very nice, helpful person. You can buy coffee capsules and water at the reception, there is also an option to use the laundry and drying service.

The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, some maintenance would definitely help improve the experience.

We were pleased to receive a complimentary room upgrade due to availability. The small but charming balcony with a sea view was a lovely touch and made our stay more enjoyable. The apartment was a good size, and the bed was comfortable.

Had issue with small creeping insects on kitchen worktop. But didn't spoil our stay there.

Apartment was great, the view was fab, from the roof terrace was awesome. Apartments was well maintained, cleaned regularly with new bedding twice.

Bathroom had no ventilation & was very small. Room smelt a little damp. Cleaners were quite noisy in the morning - chatting loudly. Balcony not as private as I would’ve liked, it was over looked by apartments next door. Lots of steps so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

I had a sea view from the cute balcony. Apartment was clean. Room was modern & comfortable. Beach was a few minutes walk away & stunning. Supermarket was a short walk away. Rooftop terrace was lovely sun loungers and umbrellas were available throughout my stay. Apartment was peaceful and in a quiet location.

We were given a studio apartment which was compact but comfortable, air conditioning controller wasn't working properly but this was fixed within a couple of days.

Perfect location for the beach and Morro Jable old town restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The studio was great. The staff are excellent and can't do enough, for you. Lots of little extras like, a laundry service. I would definitely book here again, when in Morro jable.

There are a lot of steps to get to the property, particularly with a suitcase. (But the high location means you do get a view of the sea!)

Room N7 is the best according to my opinion. Stunning view, and everything you need to spend a superb week in all comfort. The apartment is well equipped and we took the opportunity to put together a romantic meal on the balcony after a long day on the beach Highly highly recommended

- the supermarket was a bit further away (but also not far, maybe 10’ walking.. not bad but not across the street you know) - ALL GOOD!!

- great location, in a more quite and authentic part of the city, still walking distance from the restaurants and port/city beach - great balcony with an umbrella for a shadow, light for the night, and even hanger to dry your towels/clothes - great great view from both the balcony and the room (sea and the city, the place is located on a nice street) it was a pleasure to spend time there!! - there is also a terrace at the top that we discovered just last night!! Very nice - all facilities were very modern - bathroom was really great, spotless clean and new, with a great water pressure - bed felt really comfortable and definitely hotel-like - daily cleaning service - fully equipped kitchen (no oil, salt) - I loved the small coffee machine, it makes a difference to make your own coffee “at home” in the morning or during the day after coming from the trip (they also had ice cubes form so it was just perfect for an ice latter situation haha)

The only inconvenience was getting to the apartment, there is a lot of stairs which was okay for us but may be hard to manage for those who are older/those who are not physically fit.

Really great location and lovely staff! The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. There was also a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony and the terrace on the roof.
