Minor things - a plug for the kitchen sink would have made washing up easier! We didn't feel the need to use the dishwasher. One more mirror in the apartment, other than the one in the bathroom, would have been useful, especially in better light. One of the 2 mattresses was excellent but the other was very hard and uncomfortable

Very well-equipped, cosy apartment in an excellent location. Lovely light airy lounge with a good sofa. Kitchenette pretty well equipped. A washing machine and dishwasher great to have, although we didn't use them. A small supermarket with limited stock opposite but an excellent Spar supermarket a 7-minute walk away. Several restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need for a short break away from home!

In my opinion, the apartment would benefit from extra mirror. The mirror in the bathroom was not very convenient for putting make up on. Otherwise, the apartment is very good.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Royal Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. Spacious apartment.

The apartment is quite spacious, and the rooms are well-maintained with excellent heating. Having two bathrooms was incredibly helpful for our group of six. The building is very peaceful, and the neighborhood is quiet as well, with just a bit of noise in the mornings. It’s conveniently located close to the city center, and we found parking just a five-minute walk from the apartment.

All is good. I just wish there is a separate mirror around to check myself and my outfit. Maybe in the bedroom or the living room.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is just 10 minutes walk to Alcasar and to Plaza de Espana. It is a great option for a short stay in Seville to see all main sightseeings. There are several apartments in the building. We stayed in an apartment on the first floor with 2 levels. We had a living room with a kitchen on the upper level, and a bedroom with a bathroom and a wardrobe on the lower level. Overall the apartment is fully equipped and you have everything you need. There is an air conditioning so in summer it should be comfortable but in winter it was a bit cold.

The location is great - just a boulevard crossing from the historical center and all the major sights like Alcazar and Cathedral & La Giralda.

The bed consisted of two single mattresses pushed together which was not very comfortable. Strange spots over the walls and ceilings which makes me think they may have a bug problem? Didn't see any bugs though. A fresh coat of paint would improve it. The entrance was very dark with barely any light once the door closes. Have your phone ready to turn on flashlight. Could be quite dangerous if the floor was wet as you can not see.

The location was terrific. 20 minutes walk from Santa Justa estacion. 10 minutes walk to Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Apartment has good sound proofing from noises from busy street below. Basic kitchen and basic utensils but with an enormous amount of tapas bars to visit it is hard to want to cook for yourself.

The sofa was in poor condition and some spots of the apartment were not properly clean. The shower had a really tiny mat and the curtain didn’t serve its purpose, since all the water flooded the bathroom

The property has a great location, a few blocks away from Plaza España and has some bars, supermarket and a pharmacy nearby, so that you can have a pleasant stay

Kitchen was very small and once again there was no plug for the sink so we had to wash dishes in a glass bowl. I really don’t understand why previous tenants take the plug with them ??

Wonderful location for exploring lovely Seville. A large apartment for the area. Everything you need to cook for yourself, or many great restaurants around the area that are reasonably priced.

The sofa and the mattresses seem to be a bit old. You are able to spend a good night, but it could be better. The walls were dirty and stained, that also could be improved

Location is definitely the best feature. Everything in the city center is at a walking distance. The apartment was very clean, specially the bathroom.

unfortunately we had a lot of mosquitos in the first night and we slept bad also if you are sleeping in the livingroom you have to pass trough the downstairs bedroom to go to the bathroom

The room smelled super strongly of smoke. The apartment was listed as accessible but had a long flight of stairs to the bed room. The host never responded when I raised these concerns.

We had the apartment booked for 12 nights and we left after the first night, it was impossible to stay there. The reasons are the ones below: It is supposed to be a twin apartment but one of the beds is not like on the pictures, it is actually a children's bed with foldable mattress. I stayed one night only and coudn´t sleep and had back ache. You can't see on the pictures but there is mohold on the bedroom and kitchen walls. The duvets did not have covers. The towels not only were children size but also were in a really bad state. The pillow were not proper pillows. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. The shower had ants which were on the floor while having a shower and had to have a shower in flipflops. We contacted the property on arrival and they only responded the 3rd day of the stay. I lost AUD 1704 but better than staying in that bed more than one night.

The beds and pillows were very poor quality. This place was for 3-4 people. To get to the bathroom you had to walk through the bedroom. No privacy. When we put the heating on all the flat had a sickening smell.

I will never book again from this place. I paid more best internet service but there was no internet in property. I try to contact with owners but no response from them I paid 240£ for 3 days waste of money .
