The apartment needs to be updated. Needs proper air conditioning, having to pay 40 euro for your 4 days to have an air conditioning machine which goes out a window and therefore not be able to close the window is pretty poor. As the machine would only work with the window open, it could not be used during the night due to road noise and extremely noisy lads in the adjacent apartment. Towels in bathrooms need to be updated. Too thin and two small.

The location of the property is brilliant. The pool area and pool bar are great

There wasn't anywhere near enough sockets,they was one in the kitchen to take the microwave, toaster and kettle. They was one in the bedroom opposite the bed which the fan was plugged in.

Had to leave a €50 deposit for the TV remote! No hand soap or washing up liquid, which when only staying a few days would have been ideal as not worth paying for full ones.

The bins/ waste collection area just outside our apartment entrance on the road.

I loved the location. The facilities were good especially the poolside bar. They could do with a wc near the pool but other than that excellent. I had a family emergency while I was there and had to return home two days early and the staff were so helpful and genuine. We had an apartment down on the lower side and I was disappointed initially but the apartment was so nice and clean I didn't mind for a finish. The only thing that I felt would be useful would be an oven. More storage in the rooms would help. No wardrobe or drawers just a rail with 5-6 hangers which is not enough for two adults. Just be warned very steep hill..

The bathrooms are in a bad state and need a full refurbishment. It was the only big downfall of the apartment. Which is a shame as everything else was great. I wouldn’t stay again until that has have been done.

The apartment was in a great location, good views and spacious. Ari at the front desk and the girl that made great chicken burgers at the pool bar were great. Overall a good stay.

Accommodation clean but a bit tired. Could really supply shower gel or soap in this day and age. More pillows also.

The balcony wasn't covered so we couldn't use it when it was very sunny. Also, from our balcony we could see directly into the cafe and customers could see into our living room. As a corner balcony we were looking out at traffic on the side of the balcony. The walk up to the apartment is very steep.

Arrival and collection of keys all went very smoothly. Also on departure reception called a taxi to take us to the airport.

The matrass in bed was rather uncomfortable but that can be the case in strange bed anyway..

The location is very central to all amenities. Well located to walk to the old town area or towards the beach areas in the opposite direction. Well located for night time dining or socialising on the strip..

The apartments could do with air conditioning being installed. Whilst there was a fan provided it was more noisy than effective. It didn't really cool the room.
