Rooms are dated although very clean. They have obviously updated the bathroom and installed walk in shower but there was no toilet roll holder or anywhere to hang towels. Seemed Little attention to detail

The location is the main reason we returned as we can get public transport from airport and it is only a 50 yard walk to property. Public transport links are very good for getting around island. Palma Nova is only a short walk and 2 supermarkets are near. Staff generally were considerate and room and building was very clean. Main problem was I requested same or similar room as before which we did not get and very poor Wi-Fi even in reception.

Though the apartment itself was okay and at a very reasonable price, the decor and some of the furniture were very outdated and tarnished. It didn't affect our stay as we were only there for a few days.

Martha's apartments are in an ideal location, very close to local amenities, and the beach. The pool at Martha's was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean on arrival. We were given fresh towels on several occasions. Great budget accommodation.

Some things did not work (toqster..)should have more staff and cutlery for kitchen. Receprion only opened form 10-22h. Apartment doors should be exchanged

All great although 1 of the pans was really scratched so could only use one too cook but that wasn't a big deal.The neighbours had kids that were very loud early in the morning and but that's not the fault to the apartment. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to the time of year despite being quite warm.

Location was great as very short walk beach and big supermarket nearby. Easy to get free parking on the street so that was handy. Friendly reception. Great value for money.

There were not enough towels, and when we asked for the right amount we never got any more. It was not as clean as we had expected, but overall good for the price.

It would be handy to keep the bar at the reception functioning even in the low season, as well as to have more stuff in the kitchen, e.g. sponges and dishwashing liquid, buying a whole bottle of that for 5 days is quite a waste objectively.

We had an excellent stay, kids loved it too, the guy at the reception, Alejandro, who was there most of the time, was extremely helpful and went an extra mile for us. If we return to the area the hotel will be our first choice for sure.

Nothing to dislike, just kitchen area needs modernising but it served the purpose as is. But I’m informed that there’s on going improvements. It didn’t deter from a great stay!

Friendliness of the staff, nice quiet location but plenty to see & visit close by including a Mercadona supermarket 👍 Great ground floor studio with modern walk in shower room!

Lack of electrical sockets in kitchenette. Rear view balcony overlooking car park. Slightly further out of resort centre than is ideal.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No air con. We asked about it but could not determine if it had been switched off or was faulty. This was ok during the day but could be a bit uncomfortable during the night. Only 1 plug in the kitchen for kettle, toaster and microwave.

For us the location was very good. Could get local bus from airport to within 100 yards of apartment and supermarket was just a little further. We had a sunny balcony and apartment was spacious for the 2 of us
