Minor issues - one remote for 2 ACs (one on each floor). Bathroom on upper floor. Not a deal breaker for us.

Great location, right in the heart of old town. We got to experience the magic of Easter week. Apt was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Host was very responsive and answered all questions - was willing to help. We were happy with our stay.

Apartment much smaller than the photos percieve. The spiral stairs need a mind your head sign. I am only 5'3" an even I had to dip my head. The built up step at the top of the stairs is quite dangerous from the bedroom area into the bathroom. Easy a trip hazard. The description needs to be more informative on how to access the building. The keypad isn't obvious when stood outside, a simple sign above would solve the issue. This is on a very busy street, the apartments are not sound proof in anyway. You can hear everything from adjoing apartments.

Good central location. Plenty of tapas bars in the vicinity. No tourist attraction was further than 20 mins walk away. Great powerful shower, bed is super comfy.

That would be much better if there are more hooks to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. The location is very good, it is really close to the cathedral but it is in a quiet area.

Internet router is outside the apartment and the signal doesn't reach the inside. Low signal in the top floor, tv won't conncet and no signal at all on ground floor. I recommend installing at least a wifi repeater inside the apartment. I had to unclog the shower as it overflow after first shower. Individual mattresses and pillow in bad shape. AC in the ground floor doesn't throw air, probably filters fully clogged. These are regular maintenance things that should be checked a few times a year Pans in the kitchen drawer that weren't cleaned after use by previous customers and left unchecked. This should be checked every time customer leave the place.

As others have mentioned.. the smell in the hallway outside. It’s deeply unpleasant so don’t leave the apartment door open any longer than absolutely necessary. On arrival the apartment did smell pretty bad.. I think perhaps the cleaner had the front door open and the smell got in. It dissipated after I opened the windows and allowed it to air. Also the kettle is dodgy.. the auto switch off doesn’t work and it therefore dangerously overheats. My bad for forgetting to inform the owners of that before I left. The only other thing to mention is the spiral staircase.. I didn’t have a problem with it and only mention it as if you have mobility issues you might struggle, particularly at night if you were upstairs using the sofa bed as the toilet is downstairs or if you have small children it might not be the safest option. However for a solo traveller or a couple who would be using the bedroom downstairs it’s fine.

Perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and within easy walking distance of most other major attractions. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a very handy, well priced and well stocked Carrefour Express very close by. Lots of wardrobe space in the bedroom along with a hair dryer and handy iron and mini ironing board. Everything was clean and fresh. The living space upstairs was large and there is air con although I didn’t need it for my stay. The kitchen was clean with a hob and microwave and plenty of pots, pans and crockery as well as a fridge. No condiments, tea, coffee or dish soap but the shop is very nearby and not expensive. Entry is via a code (2 separate ones for the outer and inner doors) which I liked as it saved me worrying about keys. There was a lift in the building also so no carting suitcases upstairs. All in all I feel the apartment was great value for money and I’d happily go back. Yes it can be a little bit noisy outside but that’s to be expected in a busy city centre and it’s the price you pay for being so close to everything.

The sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable, but at the end of the day, it is a sofa bed so can't complain too much.

Great location, spacious apartment, it was as described and we had a good time there. Kitchen had good amenities. Apartment was very clean.

It could / should be more clear that the toilet was in the basement, meaning verv very steep stairway should be forced every time. Suggestion: show the stair with some pictures so people are 100% aware of the situation. Also, if eg. 2 couples are travelling together, the toilet and bath is actually inside one of the rooms. This information would also be quit relevant / important to most guests.

The entrance to the building has a very bad smell as there is no ventilation, the washing machine is not in the room as shown on photos and are not kept clean. Crockery are old and have cracks signs.

Location was good, near cafe's and restaurants, rooftop had views of the cathedral. Staff was very helpful and responsive.

There are many pictures of the property but the pictures show the various apartments in that building. We didn’t realise this so when we saw a picture of a roof terrace we thought we’d have access to this. Unfortunately only one of the apartments does and it wasn’t ours. It didn’t ruin it, but would have been nice to be able to sit out in the sun. There is also quite a bit of road noise, again it didn’t ruin it. Just something to be aware of.

The toilet was downstairs down a spiral staircase (tricky at night) as main bed was upstairs. The bathroom did not have a door either !

Great Location, friendly communication, spacious apartment. Even an Express Carrefour nearby. Walking distance from Cathedral. Storage for bags nearby if you need it after checking out and before late flights.

The only reason I gave a 9 was because it sayid there was facility for laundry, which I planned to do for my next week’s trip but I did not find it in the apartment.

It’s located in the city center. Every attraction is within walking distance. The bed, shower and terrace are very comfortable. The kitchen comes with all cookwares to use.

the bedroom was downstair ,and we had to go upstair for the kitchen and livingroom, the stair were spiral and very narrow, we are 72 and 71 years old,it was chalenging to go up and down often,

The whole block is very noisy. It’s a block for tourists, it’s echoey, there’s no sound proofing, and the front door slams and echos throughout the whole building. The bars outside are busy until late and even with the doors closed you could hear everything. Outside is cobbled so cases / wheelie bins everything makes a noise going over them, which you can hear! The bed is a memory foam mattress which I felt too hot in but my husband liked. Take ear plugs!

Location was excellent. Nice to have the roof terrace for a glass of wine in the early evening. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was powerful and hot. Radio channels on the TV were good, recommend the Rock channel!

The bathroom sink tap is impossible to control the temperature is so hot that can’t be used. Property could be a little bit refurbished as well.

The entrance for the bathroom is in the bedroom downstairs so people who sleep in the living room have to walk through. Not a problem for families 🙂
