sadly there was no kettle so we had to buy our own, the cooking facilities where very basic with just the too top hobs as the microwave did not work so we mainly ate out which made more expense. tv did not work even though i asked at reception 3 times to visit and all they did was give me new batteries for the remote which did`nt work either

could not fault the location as we booked an apartment with a balcony and sea view which was wonderful every morning with the sunrise , plus a lovely lwalk to the town

Staff on reception were FANTASTIC! The location was superb and the restaurant / cafe at the front was great value. The apartment was VERY basic and really could use a few extra things like hooks on doors, a kettle, things like that, but it was clean and perfectly serviceable

Great location, super nice staff, very clean, and we got a room WAY bigger than we were expecting! It was a whole studio and way nicer/bigger than the online pictures made it look. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a bus stop only about 10 minutes away, which we used to go everywhere. LOVED this place!

Really friendly owners who made our trip very relaxing. Small, perfectly located hotel in a quieter area of Ibiza but right in the beach with lots of great bars within walking distance. Bar at the hotel itself was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was not that clean there was a bad smell

The location was amazing, the staff Naiara was wonderful and very helpful she kept our luggage at the hotel after the check out and we were able to take a shower at the reception this was amazing after long day at the beach.

Cleaning sponge and wash liquid for the kitchen, a few more spatcherlers and definitely missing a kettle, us brits like our tea :)

The whole trip ran very smoothly, we enjoyed a nice lunch while we waited for our room to be cleaned, and we had access earlier than the check in time which was a bonus.

Firstly the online comunication with the hotel was not good. There is not club bus stop near the hotel. You need to use a Taxi, or walk(to Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza 20minutes, to Pacha around 30-40minutes).

The location was perfect. The rooms were spatious with sea view. The beach was 3 minutes from the hotel. In front of the hotel there was mini market, 5 minutes from the hotel Da Michele pizzeria, on 10minutes big Lidl Market and McDonalds. The value for the money is definitely 10.

There is not a single thing that we didn’t like.

To start with, the property is based on a perfect location, just in front the beach, not more than 50 meters, it’s 12 minutes walk from old Ibiza and 20 minutes from Ushuaïa and Hi Ibiza. Restaurants and shops are just outside the property as well which is a big plus. Regarding the staff members, they are very welcoming, warm and always there to answer your queries and help you around. We had the chance to be in a beautiful and cozy room with a breathtaking taking view. I cannot share enough about my impressions and lovely stay at this beautiful place. We are all very thankful to all staff and definitely will be back next year!

Unfortunately nothing to wash the dishes with was provided, dish soap, towels, sponge. So we had to go out and buy it. The fridge was not cooking properly. The freezer was fine.

The facilities were old and tired the microwave and air conditioning didn’t work and we had trouble with the key card not working as did other apartments who were very noisy when trying to get in at 4.00am
