The noise - the floors are tiled and the noise from the flat above (shower, toilet and chairs being moved across the floor ) was quite loud

It is located directed above a bar/restaurant and at a traffic circle. If the windows are closed the noise is fine. We just didn’t realise it was going to noisy. A kettle would be a great addition as well.

Really spacious, and clean. Beds were super comfy, slept well. Well located if you are after long beach walks and local cafes away from the city. We really enjoyed a bit of down time.

To perfect, I missed a regular knife in the kitchen (only knife for bread was there). And a hair dryer.

Great place with all I needed for my stay in Santander. Comfort bed, functional kitchen, nice bathroom. Beach is very near. I deffinitelly recommend this place.

Hardly any utensils, pans and no kettle to boil water for a hot drink in the morning, ended up having to use a large pan, which took ages to boil.

The location was great for the beach, but a fair walk into the centre, but it wasn't a problem, we just got a taxi on the way home at night. The actual apartment was basic, but pleasant enough. The beds were really comfy and got a good nights rest.

Our room was on the road so very noisy until late, not helped by the feria being in full swing. If the area is busy (fine weather, feria) then parking is an issue.

Just a 1 night stay with an early departure. The room was clean, if a little dilapidated in some areas, and well supplied with towels and bed linen. The location is perfect for the Sardinero beaches and there are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The reception and support staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful- I looked to change to a room with a double bed rather than twin beds. The receptionist didn’t speak English but got me to call a colleague & got it sorted. They were all so helpful & pleasant to deal with

The family apartment we stayed in was straight above a bar , whilst this is not at fault of the hotel i think this should be stated when booking a family room!

We were in a twin room, the mattresses were too soft and a bit saggy- not very comfy. Also it was quite hot at night and there were no fans/air-conditioning.

Only drawback was heating not turned on at this time of year in the apartment but we have found this in several hotels in Spain.

Roomy apartment right on beach. Apartment #5 faced the beach and had great morning sun. Checkin was straight forward. The room was clean throughout and bathroom very good. Furniture was a bit tired but adequate. Beds very comfortable and fresh linen. Didn’t use the kitchen but noted microwave and fridge. Seemed to be adequate crockery, glasses etc.

The location was excellent overlooking the gardens and the seas. Restaurants very close and the beds very clean and very comfortable. Spacious with all basic needs
