Not enough umbrellas, we had to go to the beach for a sunbed with an umbrella. Bring earplugs for the noisy air con.

Very central, 3 minute walk to the strip and beach. Beds were comfortable. Sunbed situation was crazy though for it not being school.holidays. animation guy is fantastic, entertainment gold , such good fun

There was nothing I didn't like , Hotel bar closed at 11pm, then it's time to hit the strip till 3am .

Hardly and children there, so lying around the pool and the pool bar was very relaxing, staff very friendly, always eager to help. Alex, who did morning and evening activities with the guests, was exceptional , he lifted everybody's spirits with his humour and energy. Room very clean and spacious ,comfortable beds , kitchen facilities, TV in living room , I couldn't complain about anything, I wouldn't recommend anybody with walking difficulties to visit Canary Islands, there are steps everywhere, but the try their best to accommodate everyone.

Staff were very unhelpful on our last day. On first day we arrived at 11pm so weren’t in time for any food - so on leaving day we asked if we could grab a small lunch and they wouldn’t allow it. It was how they dealt with - very rude and unhelpful. Left a mark on what was a fab stay otherwise.

Didn't think there was much variety on the food options. Hot water for the showers was not always available at times it wasn't warm. There was no blind for the window in the shower room and this let light in to the bedroom and there was a window between the bedroom and bathroom.

It was quiet, clean, pleasant. Very helpful staff. Close to amenities and also the beach?

A family member was ill and needed assistance with luggage and getting taxi to airport.The reception and staff were exceptionally helpful in this regard

Evening meal not very good we ate out after a couple of Evening trying it also there's a night club bit noisy ac Ross Road but to be fair can hear it from bedroom

Excellent location apartment was a touch small with a good few steps which wasn't to bad even for me with dodgy knees overall good place breakfast was very good lunch was very good but evening meal was not enjoyable

The people in the next door apartment were very loud and noisy after coming home at night woke us up every night around 4am. Otherwise I could not fault the apartments
