Cleaning service was poor. Had to ask for clean towels as they were not replaced. The cleaners only came to the room on the day before we packed up and left.

Not enough umbrellas, you had to be out about 8am to get an umbrella but then you can't get a lounger until 10am. Should allocate an umbrella to each apartment to make it fair

Kids club staff were really nice but more daytime activities would have been good. Camp bed uncomfortable for an adult but ok for kids.

The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us but could be on the small side if it was a family of 4. But we were rarely in the apartment and as we were all inclusive we didn't really need to use the kitchen facilities. The night time entertainment wasn't wonderful but our little one was shattered every night after the mini disco so it didn't really matter to us.

Perfect for Toddlers , we brought our 3year old who loved it. It was very safe for small children. The grass footing was ideal. The entertainers were all great with the kids. The food was lovely , always a variety to choose from. The kitchenette had everything, fridge , microwave, cutlery etc. Our beds were lovely and comfy and the air con was excellent in the apartment

Just little bits of snagging that would make all the difference: - sheets/bedding had small stains - safe didn’t work properly - TV remote was missing - rooms weren’t cleaned for the 4 nights we were there These things were remedied quickly by the great staff, but you only get one chance to make good first impressions.

- Pools are incredible - Easy to get Sun loungers / space is great - Cost - Food was good for 3* all inclusive - I didn’t think the queuing for food / drink was as bad as some reviews suggest

Our air con didn't work but it was OK it wasn't warm enough to need it. I did say it at reception and he told me a trick to try get it to work but gave up, probably should have gone back but as I said, we didn't need it.

It was a great little resort and so close to everything. The apartments were small enough but it was perfect for me, my partner and daughter (3 yo). The staff were so helpful and the entertainment staff were great! My daughter loved the kids club and Alison who ran it and Leo who done activities throughout the day including a little kids disco at 8.30 Mon-sat ( my daughter favourite hour). We were self catering and didn't buy from the bar/restaurant so can't comment on food or drinks prices. The pools were great, 2 pools that went quite deep and 2 baby pools. The water is a little cold with the time of year but it was OK. You can rent towels for 10e for the pool which was handy and just swap them out when you nerd fresh ones. The cleaners would come back every other day, usually when my daughter was napping but it was OK the place was kept clean and they always refreshed what we needed. The website says there's a gym but I didn't see it but this hotel is a part of a brand/chain that another apt is across the road and there's a gym there so unsure if that's the gym you can access. Apartments are just over 3 floors so some stairs just a FYI for buggies or mobility issues. The hotel put a baby gate on your balcony door if you have a baby which I thought was a great idea for either people on the ground floor by the pool or upstairs when the balcony door is right by the stairs.

We were self-catering, so ate out most days. One critique I have was the price of the food at the bar was a bit high considering the food was mediocre.

The kids club is a great bonus, but could do with a refresh. Lots of things (like the kids soft seating) looked a bit grubby, and I’m sure could be cleaned up ok. There were also a few broken bits of toys amongst the boxes which could have easily been thrown out. I would’ve expected at the start of season that these things would’ve been sparkling, and just got worn out during the season. The apartment could also have been a bit cleaner - on the top shelf of the wardrobe I found a previous guests printed holiday itinerary in a folder from Oct 2024 🤨. The welcome letter said apartments would be cleaned every other day, but I’m not sure it was always done. I can’t remember if they said the sheets would be changed, but they weren’t - we were there for 8 nights, so I would’ve expected at least one change.

Great location, so handy for the beach and the shops and really easy to get a bus to Palma (or elsewhere) Brilliant set up for toddlers, I was travelling alone with a 2yr old and really appreciated small touches like a ground floor apartment, and a baby-gate already fitted on arrival. The apartment was well equipped and the beds are very comfortable (although - as you would expect/hope - waterproof mattress covers which get a bit sweaty!).

We wish the water in the swimming pools was warmer as the weather wasn't as warm as we were hoping for in April, maybe one heated pool would be magical. Disco for adults would be nice as well. More things to do in the kids clubs would be nice as well, games etc.

Lovely resort, friendly and helpful staff :) Especially bar staff. Food was very good as well, good choice! Restaurant in hotel opposite. But that's not a problem. Clean rooms, area around the facilities as well. Good entertainment, our 6 year old daughter loved it, she had disco every night, face paint, come crafts, kids club, no playground. Good swimming pools. Shops nearby. A11 bus stop around 6min away to get to and from the airport. Which is great as a taxi is very expensive! Overall a very good stay! The first impression wasn't great as the rooms seemed smaller and a bit outdated, no great ventilation in the bathroom, but the rest made up for it. We would definitely go there again!

The food wasn’t always fully cooked (meat and roast potatoes). The bed sheets were stained with drops, the play area where the pool table is, it’s not child proofed.

Lovely property! Petra the manager was very lovely and she was able to get staff to install a child safety gate at our apartment. Maria from the restaurant was very very lovely, she played with our daughter and she watched her for a bot whilst we were getting food. She was so lovely and kind and friendly!

Some furniture is a bit used, stairs to the upper Apartments are very narrow - not possible to carry well stroller if needed, animation area quite loud.

The staff, swimming pool and animation program was great, equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the room.

Great resort to bring young kids with pools for all ages, kids club and good evening time entertainment even in October. Friendly staff who were very helpful if you needed any information. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants & bars. Rooms are only a matter of steps away from the pool and entertainment area

The price of stuff if you aren't full board or all inclusive is expensive. Ice cream is selective 6 i believe we could choose from as we were self-catering and at €4 each as a family of four €16 for four ice cream is just not do able.
