We stayed for a week at this cozy one-bedroom beachfront apartment and overall had a wonderful time. The location is perfect—right by the beach, with everything we needed nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The only downside was that the WiFi never worked during our entire stay. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our vacation.

It was another stay in Hipocampos building for me and my family, but the first one with Calpe Rent Apart agency - previously we were using another agency which has apartaments in the same building. Based on that we were pleasantly surprised - the apartament had slightly higher standar in terms of interior and equipment than what we got used to. The flat was nicer finished, a bit more "fresh", and with better equipment in the kitchen. Also the flat made the impression of quieter than what we remember from previous stays - or we simply had a luck this time of not-noisy neighbours. Very helpful and supporting reception, close to the building - in terms of the keys handling, availability of the apartament, request for extra towels or pillows, there were no issues. Also a small issue with the water leakage on the first day was solved immediately after we reported it. As always with Hipocampos building, it is nicely situated in the first line of the beach, nearby there are Consum & Mercadona and all what you may need, also a quick exit from Calpe if you are with your bike.

A perfect sized apartment for a couple for the week, lovely facility with a good sized pool, views of the sea and quick access. Private parking can be organised and was very easy to access. Kitchen facilities were just enough with multiple pans, utensils and some dish soap and a sponge provided.

We have stayed before and our room was amazing! This time, the layout of the apartment was different, the balcony was much smaller and none of the bedrooms led out to a balcony as it did in the previous apartment we stayed in. It was still beautiful, just a little under expectations.

The location is fantastic, sea front and close to the bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets very close.

One very small thing! Shortage of electrical plugs I. The kitchen, some spare pillows would be appreciated!

95% of it…. Clean, accessible, fitted out needs perfectly, spa for recovery, cost point for our trip and its location was perfect with enough restaurants close by for meals.

Good apt and with the keys from Calp Rental little essentials like washing up liquid, cleaning cloth provided and no skimping on loo roll etc. As usual nice warm swimming pool and good to see Hippocampus's cat was still in residence.

The washing machine turned out to be broken obviously in the moment when it was most needed ;) but it was fixed for us by the technician the same day.

At the beginning communication was a bit overwhelming and confusing (you can see that it's rental company rather than private host), but once we started to be in direct contact with Alexandre from the office, everything went flawless. The keys pick up was fast and Alexandre not only directed us perfectly, over the phone to the office but also answered all our question including finding the open grocery shop (Jan 6th). The location itself was perfect and views from the very big balcony were stunning - ahh, those sunrises over the see! In the apartment we found everything what we needed for our short stay expect the hair dryer, so please remember to bring one with you. The great thing is that balcony is so huge that you can easily keep there you bikes!

It is a little bit small, the bathroom wasn't very clean, it is a building in front that "cuts off" the sea view. Maybe if we had an appartment at a higher floor or in another part of the building, much closer to the sea (it is a building with 4 entrances)

Near the beach (1-2 min), the balcony, the kitchen has all you need, it has a little nice covered spa at the pool, shops and lots of restaurants near, Mercadona at 5 min walking, very good acces at the beach

Everything was perfect

The location is absolutely perfect. Virtually on the beach. The view of the sun rising over the sea from our bed was breath taking! The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed for Christmas and New Year, on new year's eve, a bottle of fizz was left out for us. A very nice gesture.

No bathroom ventilation. Poor sound isolation - easy to hear neighbours talking, using toilet etc. No hairdryer, but fortunately we got one after asking at the "reception" (which is located in other building). Sofa needs replacement.

Contact-free key collection outside reception working hours. Suprisingly comfortable beds. Window view and sunrises every morning. Apartment is located at 6th floor (this info is missing in general room description during booking process). Two elevators (a bit tiny tough). Well equiped kitchen. Washing machine.
