Allowing people to leave towels overnight on sun loungers was very unfair, one day the towels were left overnight and the people didnt use them at the next day but left the towels there. Staff should not allow this when there are so few loungers. Also a couple played music loud on tbe phone by the pool, again staff should not allow this

The apartment and balcony were very spacious and clean. The place is extremely central, step of the gate and your on the strip. I fel very safe as a solo traveller. Receptionist booked me a taxi for the airport which was very helpful. Nopls for reading also at reception

The beds were very hard and only 1 pillow per bed so we had to improvise with a rolled up blanket. There is no air con which isn’t usually an issue but we slept with the windows open and it was so so hot, we did get a fan from reception which did help a bit.

The property’s location is perfect. The pool area was lovely, the size of the apartment was great. Fresh towels every few days and a cleaner.

arrived around 10am and found it difficult to access the property,eventually got in and with a little difficulty in communication was able to store our bags till check in time.

Wasn't suitable for a young family.Kids couldn't play in pool.Felt like an old folks home.Kids couldn't splash in pool.Pool was cold.We booked 2 apartments for 5 of us as I was told it wasn't a sofa bed in the 2bed apartment. When we arrived we found out ourselves it was actually a sofa bed .So we could have actually all stayed in the 2 room apartment.There was no bar, snack bar, not even a vending machine .

Front security gate often left open by fellow residents to save unlocking each time. No proper changing/shower facilities if leaving late as room has to be vacated by 11am.

Super location. You couldn't get better. Lovely quiet small apartment block. Great check in and out system. Right across the road from the beach. No taxis needed but they are outside if you want them. Staff really nice. Lovely pool but we went in February and it was beyond baltic. A toe dip was enough.

Bathroom in our apartment could do with a revamp. No little extras in the bathroom, no hooks or shelves to put toiletries on.

Flamingo apartments are in the most perfect location, situated right along the promenade with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely sea view, complex is private, clean and quiet even though it is so central. Pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Apartments are basic but clean.

Could do with a lick of paint & a freshen up. It’s a little bit tired. Some hand soap in the bathroom perhaps. But the apartments are spotless.
