All good. A little bit too noisy at night time, probbaly the walls are very thin. Adding an extra layer of drywall, especially with soundproofing glue, could significantly reduce the noise

Needs more utensils and better revision of the apartments before guests arrive. The BBQ area should be maintained more and cleaned as the surroundings are full of ash and used charcoal.

Simple and with good connections to the centre. Pool was lovely and plenty of facilities to enjoy such as basketball, futsal, table tennis.

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. There is plenty of free parking on the streets in front of the property (Cam de Alfacar) and at the back of the property (C. Rosalia de Castro). • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy, and we got the keys from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. We were also given towels at the reception and told to return them to reception the next day. • First impression: We rang the bell at the main gate and it was a bit confusing to locate the reception, but once we noticed some signs, we found our way to the main reception. There was a swimming pool, but we were there just for the night and it was December. The place felt like a university accommodation, and it was safe, clean and quiet. • Kitchen & Bathroom: The kitchen was functional with a sink, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spacious with good hot water shower, which was clean and in good order. • Bedroom: The bedrooms were on the 1st (mezzanine) floor of the apartment, accessed via a metal staircase. There was a double bed in one room and a single bed in the next room. There was a sofa bed on the ground floor. It was clean and comfortable. • Amenities: There was free wifi at the property and a TV in the living room. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

The parking was great but we couldn’t hear the intercom conversation easily to gain access. Luckily à young lady helped us.

Very well located for our appointment. No central city driving required. The female receptionists were extremely helpful, patient and kind. They made a big difference to what was a stressful trip for us. Helped us get food delivered for our evening meal.

We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, it fell short in some key areas. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The amenities were basic but adequate for a short stay. However, the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. They were extremely cold, and the reliance on area heaters just wasn’t enough to keep the space comfortable. Despite reserving for three nights, we decided to leave after the second night because of the lack of warmth. If you're planning to stay, especially during colder months, be prepared for this challenge. While the staff’s hospitality was great, the lack of proper heating made it difficult to enjoy our time.

Very helpful reception lady, explained us everything personally, we are returning customers and for sure if in Granada again we will stay there, no prob with the keys, parking on the road next to the apt, safe area, apt clean, big, AC working, everything went very well, private entrance, swimming pool in operation, like on holiday:)
