The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machine, balcony, air conditioning, super comfortable beds, and great soundproofing for a peaceful rest. The hosts were incredibly kind and always ready to help, which made our stay feel even more special. What really stood out was the beautiful courtyard — fresh coffee and sweets for everyone, lots of toys for kids, beach gear, sun loungers, and even a small gym. It felt like everything was thought out with guests in mind. We had such a wonderful stay here and would happily come back again. Absolutely recommended to anyone visiting Colonia Sant Jordi! 🌟

Wonderful apartment – clean and very comfortable. Check-in was flexible, which made our arrival much easier. What I loved the most was that we could borrow beach items for free, such as a sunshade, chairs, and snorkeling gear. There were also board games available for children, which was a great bonus. Every morning we found fresh croissants and sweets waiting for us, and of course, coffee was available anytime during the day. The shared courtyard was amazing – full of chairs, couches, and games for kids (and honestly, even we adults enjoyed it 😂). There is also a shared washing machine, so no need to worry about dirty clothes. Communication with the host was smooth and very pleasant. Nearby you will find two supermarkets, a bakery, and several restaurants. The beach is within walking distance – one about 5 minutes away and another about 15 minutes. I truly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort and a great atmosphere. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The location is great—close to several beautiful bays—and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. The infrastructure was excellent. We appreciated having access to beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler bag, which made our beach days even more comfortable. The stunning Es Trenc beach is just a short drive away. Everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday spot!

We’re really glad we chose these apartments for our holiday. The place was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing stay with our family. The hosts thought of every detail: we had access to a beach umbrella and chairs, a cooler bag, and beach toys for the kids – such a nice touch! The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and there’s a supermarket nearby that sells the most delicious roasted chicken. We loved the espresso at the Can Gori restaurant just around the corner, and Panaderia Pons became our go-to spot for amazing pastries and breakfast – definitely a must-visit! For dessert, the homemade tiramisu at Pizzeria Vesuvio, located right next to the apartment, was the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed a short trip to the nearby cactus botanical garden (just 11 minutes away) and the beautiful Es Trenc beach, which is only a few minutes' drive. Everything was perfect – we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday spot!

We were very satisfied with accommodation, we are family with 4 children. Everything was very clean,enough space for all of us. The kitchen was small,but well equipped with everything we needed. We were very satisfied with the atmosphere in the yard, with jazz music, a small playground for children (umbrellas, buckets for children, everything for swimming, etc), as well as board games. We also had coffee capsules, and we could take fruits and croasants if we want. Accommodation for every recommendation!

We had an amazing time staying at this spacious apartment with three friends! The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking easy and fun - though we did notice the cutting board was missing, which would have been helpful. The balcony was a real highlight - perfect for morning coffee or evening chats with a view. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available for anything we needed. There were so many thoughtful amenities provided, including beach towels, which made heading out for the day super convenient. The town itself was lovely - peaceful, charming, and full of local spots to explore. Our room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Noise travels very easily across balconies. We had very chatty neighbors who spent most of their time on the balcony, so we had to keep our doors shut throughout.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. Very nice bathroom and comfy beds. There are a lot of extras, like fresh fruit, unlimited coffee, and a whole range of exercise equipment. Excellent for active holidays or a training week. Location is super central, close to all beaches and lots of food options in the area.

Everything was perfect!

The host, Alvaro, was very friendly and he always made sure we have everything we needed. Honestly the apartments&garden is both amazing. Looking nice, and it’s very clean. My kids could enjoy the free croissant, muffins, sweets, and we did enjoy the coffee, which was all provided. Garden had nice toys, stylish sofas and seats. Let me also mention there was beach towels, umbrella, lot of toys and equipments which you could take with yourself to the beach! Although we didn’t use it, but there was also an outdoor shower. Bed was very comfy, also the sofa bed. Kitchen had all the utensils, even for cooking. ( wine glasses, mugs, plates, toaster…really everything you need). Special thanks for the cleaning ladies, keeping the place all tidy and clean. You can ask for clean towels, i believe every third day. Shops, restaurants , pharmacy and even the beach is within minutes of reaching. I can’t recommend this place enough, everything was just perfect! Thanks again! Hope we will be back!

The music could have been more varied but it was not disturbing.

The apartments are comfortable and well-equipped. Location is great - close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The property also features a lovely garden with comfortable furniture, towels, fruit, pastries and coffee, and even sunscreen. Those attention to details are rare and much appreciated.

We really liked our stay here! Everything was super clean. We even got towls for the beach. You can relax in the garden in the shade and there were games which you could use. The check in was very easy. The beds were comfortable. There are restaurants in the same street and the harbour is also very close. A supermarket is just on the other side of the street😊

The location was perfect,the apartment was exquisite,the apartment was no more than 2 minutes walk to the marina,beach & restaurants,there's a mini market/delicatessen a few feet away,and if you want to watch the sunset again it's just literally 1 minute walk,you can enjoy good food & drink with perfect views at Cassi Beach House.. The staff are very attentive,polite and friendly,the host, Alvaro,is always very helpful & immediately on hand to help with any queries. The apartment speaks for itself, the pictures are exactly how the apartment is,clean,comfortable and big,love how it has a fridge freezer anddd 4 ring hob & oven. Big beds and very comfortable too. This apartment is a little Gem!! 💎

Nothing. It was good. The only thing I could name is that it was quite a drive to the north of the Island, which we also loved. The island is bigger than I expected :-)

I traveled with my partner and daughter (0 year) and the accomodation had everything we needed. A microwave, a baby chair, a baby bed and also we had a very comfortable bed ourselves. The balcony is spacious enough and they have a nice garden to play en chill, especially in the morning when there is both sunshine and shadow in the garden. Parking was easy (although we travelled in low season), and some very nice restaurants to eat in the direct neighbourhood.
