Pillows were stiff and we didn't get sleep on our first night. We got softer afterwards, which helped. Lights were cold and didn't feel cosy/homey because of it. You can switch the AC only at the kitchen, but otherwise it is just some practical thing that you can used to.

Spacious room with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Quiet area in the middle of the Central region, there were no cars passing by.

We heard our neighbours very well, especially in the early morning.

Location was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even iron and hair dryer were available in the apartment, even though it’s mention in Booking these are available upon request. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was also well equipped.

No mirror in the bedroom. We had booked parking but it was cancelled the day before due to repairs to the lift. The reception emailed details of nearby parking which we had difficulty finding. When eventually found after several circuits of a very busy area it was excellent but needs better sign posting/directions for future guests

There wasn’t a toaster or some other kitchen basics like oil, salt and pepper and only one dishwasher tablet. The TV was old style with no streaming or display options.

Central location - walkable to all the sites in the old town. Well sized, spacious apartment which was very quiet and comfortable. We did get a clean mid stay which was a good bonus.

The only thing missing that would have been good to have was a reading light in the bedroom. Absolutely nothing else.

I had a great stay. The people working in reception were helpful and friendly, and I was able to check-in to my apartment early (always very welcome when arriving in a place tired and just wanting to have a rest and a shower.) I was very impressed with the apartment. It was bigger than I was expecting, with plenty of wardrobe space and a good sized safe. The fridge was the biggest I've ever had in a short term rental apartment, and the cooking facilities were very good with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. The air conditioning was very strong. A comfortable bed. The shower was great and the provided toiletries were lovely. Plenty of sockets in convenient locations, including next to the bed. The location is perfect.

Room allocated was a superior deluxe but the positioning within the building meant it was low on natural light so we needed to use interior lighting most of the time. No balcony and no access to a terraced area to relax around after a days sightseeing.

Brilliant location, situated close to restaurants, bars and quite a number of main city attractions (everything accessible on foot or by buses / metro). Staff were welcoming and really helpful. Towels and bed linen was changed after 48 hours. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen facilities sufficient for our 4 night stay. Building was easily accessed but also very secure (also included a sizeable room safe). Not much noise from outside or within the premises, so our stay was peaceful and relaxing.
