If you have a stroller or a mobility issues - there is no ramp and seven very steep steps before the elevator, the ramp would be great to add.

To find free car parking slot is very difficult. The courtain in the shower is rather awful. In case of rain water drainage is very loud however it is an irrelevat probem during holiday.

Location is perfect. Next to the beach. Spacious balcony. Spectecular view to the sea and final approach of Palma AirPort. Basically clean due to everyday cleaning. Climatisation is efficient. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

Could do with a few more basic kitchen items and you do have to ask for pillows as they are quite flat but the guys have been there for many years and are really helpful.

This is our third stay at Embat, it's basic but very comfy and we absolutely love the location which is just yards from the beach and the sea view rooms are great. We go every year to the same spot and have tried a couple of hotels but we wouldnt stay anywhere else now. If youre looking for luxury though this isnt it but if clean, comfy and spacious with a balcony and a top location are what youre looking for then definitely book here

There's a few things that could be updated in the rooms - fridge, kettle, etc, but mostly all good.

The hosts/reception staff were very friendly and did whatever they could to make our stay as good as possible. The views from the front of the property are fantastic. Location is very handy for the airport and within walking distance of Palma.

The internet is non existent.I travelled with my daughter who was trying to study. Could not even access e mails,or basic web search. I have read back on the reviews and it seems that this is an ongoing and long standing issue. I can assume that the management really doesn't care otherwise they would have made some attempt to fix it. They should not even advertise it as something they offer . If you need internet Do not stay here.

The shower leaked Door handle was a bit dodgy

Our door handle was a bit broken trying to get in, and the shower leaked.. but overall was good , a lovely apartment and we’re looking to book for my sons birthday to come over.. for a nice chilled few days.. have already told my friends about this place, looks better then the photo, but would have liked a bit of a better balcony as we got no sun at all xx

The bedroom door handle was having some defect due to which i was locked inside my bedroom and couldn't access toilet or other areas or even exit the apartment. And the worst part is that reception is not 24X7. They come late in the morning and leave very early in the night before 11pm. I had closed my bedroom door in the night and directly woke up in the morning. And that's when i realized that i cannot get out because the lock is broken. I was calling at the reception but as i said nobody works there early morning thus, no one picked up the phone. I'm glad i had a balcony room. I stepped outside and shouted that a housekeeping lady saw me and she came to my apartment and open the bedroom door from outside for me. Big thanks to her because i got very panicked and claustrophobic. When i told to the reception guy later in the day about the incident then, he apologized and asked for my room number so that he can get the lock fixed. But he didn't let me speak my whole story. Seems like he wasn't interested enough to know how the matter was actually resolved in the end. This showed to me that he lacks empathy. When you are in the hospitality business then, i beleive this is a very important trait to have. Unfortunately, i had to go through this. But for you please check your bedroom lock and leave both balcony doors open so that you don't get locked like me. I had locked the balcony door of the living room in the night for safety and why also i couldn't take the other route out. The other thing to note is that the toiletteries are not provided so you need to bring yours.

Apartment was at very nice location and next to all the supermarket and restaurants. Public transportation was close by. Apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony room. AC was there as well for hot summers. Towels and linens were provided too however, in the advertisement it said it won't be provided.

Showering wasn’t a great experience! Fitment was poor and quickly ran out of hot water.

The location was excellent for everything in Can Pastilla and the views from the apartment were outstanding. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen is poorly equipped for eating in. The sofas are not the most comfortable. Near the airport so planes may be noisier in high season.

The apartment is very basic but good value for money. Very near the airport. The rooms were spacious and bright. Lovely sea view location. Well cleaned every day. Located near a number of restaurants even in low season.
