The kettle was mouldy and one bathroom had a strong smell coming from the drains. There were no obvious fire alarms either but this seems to be common here in Spain

Excellent location in town extremely near a supermarket and next to a playground which was wonderful for our children. The view from the bedrooms was stunning and there was plenty of space inside with a large living space and big bedrooms (think we had a bigger apartment than we asked for!). Generally very clean (children able to hide under the beds without getting dirty is a sign of a clean place…!) and well equipped. The team were very friendly and happy to show us around and were flexible about our arrival time.

Perfect small home, clean tidy and well appointed. Great location and allowed us to park the bikes right outside the accomodation.

Great location in a stuning spanish village, perfect for our bike tours on the TEK. We got the keys early at 10am so we could drop off all our gear.

We knew in advance that we couldn’t park near property & were directed to local car park. However this was then closed due to local fiesta so would have been helpful to know in advance More hooks in bathroom please

We booked a ground-floor appartment and we got a second-floor one. We were the last guests arriving, so all other were already installed. We got three bedrooms (we booked two) and with older daughters it is not a big problem for us to climb stairs, so we did not insist. Our advice it to double-check directly with the property in case this is important to you.

The good location allowed us to enjoy the charming Potes at any time. We could easily park and just choose one of the many nice options to spend the day outside. The big terrace with a closed and an open part were excellent to switch depending on the weathwe and wishes. The appartment is provided with several standing fans that we used only sporadically, 'cos opening the windows offered great views of the mountains as well as fresh air. And waking up at the sound of cowbells and the first crowing of the roosters.

Thin wall. Unfortunately, we had a very loud family staying next to us during our stay. When we came back after dinner, their dog barked like crazy, and then we heard everything of our neighbor, from baby crying to showering noise. When we thought it would be quiet soon because of sleeping hours, our neighbor decided to have a party at the common area ( and we can hear from from 11pm-midnight).... at the end, we needed to go there to remind them there are also other people who would like to sleep at that hour, then they went back in their room. So it depends on your luck if you have good or loud neighbors sometimes.

There are a lot of space and sleeping rooms. We are a family of 4, and we only used 2 out of 3 sleeping rooms, and we didn't even use the living room since there was a very big common area at the rooftop. And like other says, it is a good location.

It was very hot at night but this was unusual for the time of year and there were fans provided.

The double bed was a bit small and squeaky for two. The temperature of the shower water was a quite difficult to control.

Nice big apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room (which we didn’t have time to use), bathroom and a second toilet. Spacious common area with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Everything was clean. The apartment is right next to bars and restaurants but very quiet. Potes is beautiful and hiking at Picos de Europa amazing.

Minor points, but an electric socket in the kitchen was a concern with small children, plus a loose ceramic kitchen floor tile.

Fabulous location, so close to the centre of Poets. our host met us at the property and showed us around. spacious, bright and clean apartment with plenty of space to sit outside and a gorgeous view of the mountains behind. We could park outside the building to unload our car and there was plenty of free parking about a minutes walk away.

All the flat's advantages and positives outweigh the slightly old fashioned style of the property.
