The staff where extremely pleasant. The property was a base to enjoy the beautiful Ibiza.

The room service was every 2 days and our room was missed sometimes even if we were out the room all day. The sun beds by the pool were uncomfortable so we only went up twice.

Loved the balcony and the room was nicely spaced and very clean. Perfect location right next to the beach and near the strip of bars and clubs. Staff were so lovely and helpful.

The property was newly renovated, the owner was so lovely and we met him when we checked into the property. The facilities were great, microwave, kitchen with everything you’d need. Particularly liked the attention to detail with the cleaning pack - a sponge, washing up liquid, cloth and tea-towel.

we were told that the cleaning staff were coming every few days and they came the 2nd morning of our stay. we arrived really late in the night so had only 1 full day there. they came very early in the morning and we asked them to come back later in the day. when we went down to reception to remind them, the staff told us we had to wait more 2/3 days for them to come. there’s no equipment to clean yourself (dustpan/brush etc), and we ran out of things to clean the dishes and didnt replace after cleaning. we had to ask the reception for clean towels and bathroom paper as the cleaning staff didn’t come back. one of the staff in reception also spoke very rudely towards me when talking about the cleaning, which kind of put me on edge. also, i wish there has been more utensils and it would have been nice to leave basic cooking things in the apartment (salt and pepper even). would still stay again but this cleaning experience was very uncomfortable for us.

the pools were amazing, as well as the view. they had a nice bar on top with good prices. the location is excellent, and very well equiped with public transport in the area. the room was super spacious for 2 people, and there was utensils for cooking and eating. some of the staff there were friendly. they also have a washing machine and dryer which was really well needed as we were backpacking !!

Perfect location, pool, balcony, kitchen, good showers. Beds with a separation wall between the big balcony window so can have good sleep even during the day, which is perfect for ibiza <3

The security made us feel very safe and comfortable as well as the rooftop pool having a lovely view with a shallow pool to relax in and a deeper one for swimming.

The showers stream was quiete weak and the water warmed up very slowly. The kitchens pipe was leaking.

Very good location, just 1-2 min walk to the beach. I think the hotel is worth more than 1 star. The room was cozy, the safe box was free to use. The key is nfc waterproof bracelet, so we didn’t have to worry about out stuff at all, it was very convenient.

The room was damp and smelly, probably because it was on the 3rd floor and therefore right under the pool. The pictures on the booking site promised a balcony with a table and chairs, but there was no such thing in our room.

Location was very convenient for us, as it was a walking distance to everything we needed - restaurants, clubs and bars, supermarket, free parking lot, marina where we embarked on a trip to Formentera, etc.

The bar staff were slightly rude and the music at the pool was dreadful. I’ve come here every year for 10 years and the old bar man was so much fun. The vibe just isn’t the same this year
