I can’t say enough amazing things. The apartment was adorable! Clean, updated, and had an amazing little outdoor space. The host was the nicest person on the planet! She met us even though we had a very late arrival (10pm!). She left the fridge stocked with a few drinks, gifted a bottle of wine and some pastries and upon our departure brought my 2 boys each a present. It’s so far above and beyond that words cannot even express! Parking is off site but we just left the car parked and walked around because the apartment is perfectly located to all you want to see and do.

Nothing - it was perfect!

A lovely apartment in a perfect location close to the beach, old town, shops and restaurants. There was a welcome pack on arrival. The large outdoor covered balcony area was a wonderful place to relax. The stay was made very special by Alona who responded quickly to our many queries, acting as a concierge giving advice on travelling around and eating out etc. and was exceptionally kind and helpful to us.

The apartment layout and the magnificent terrace. Bathrooms and toiletries also good. Alona welcomed us late in the evening and had organised some food and wine as well as milk. The location was perfect for the beach and old town which we loved.

No bad points - it's fabulous

The apartment location was absolutely fabulous, right in the beautiful centre but also safe and quiet. There are shops very close by to pick up provisions and the area is full of restaurants, cafes (most of whom deliver too). The apartment itself was comfortable, spotlesslessly clean, equipped with absolutely everything you need and beautifully designed. Two generous bedrooms each with TV, lots of storage space, extra bed linen and very comfortable beds. Bathroom with big shower, lovely towels, lots of storage, again nicely designed. There's a proper hairdryer (with a nozzle and diffuser) in the sink drawer, iron/ironing board, lots of loo roll, dishwasher tablets, etc - lots of small details that make the stay easy and more comfortable. They've thought of everything! A lovely living area and kitchen and a huge covered terrace outside - all spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The host Alona was absolutely lovely - she even arrived with a delicious cake as she noticed we were there to celebrate my birthday! The fridge was stocked with milk, water, a couple of beers and there were teas, coffees, oil, vinegar etc provided. I would highly recommend this place - if you're travelling to San Sebastian grab it!

There is one nuance about the apartment which is that the available parking space is a short drive away. Our host met us at the parking garage and then drove us to the apartment. The entire process only took 10 minutes or so but worth noting if you plan to use the parking space. Also, San Sebastian just implemented a policy to reduce pollution in the town so you have to register your car ahead of time (requires having vehicle registration details). Our host was so kind and helped us with this since the website was difficult to navigate.

First of all, I would purchase this apartment and move to San Sebastian if I could. The apartment was recently renovated with the nicest bathrooms we experienced during our time in Spain. The water pressure was excellent and water was very hot. The beds were extremely comfortable and warm. The apartment is in the heart of San Sebastian but in more of the shopping district versus where the pintxo bars are located so it was perfectly quiet at night. There is a small lift for your luggage which is also a great touch, otherwise the unit is a simple one story walk up. Our host could not have been kinder (Alona). She provided us with waters, wine, beer, fresh pastries and not only nespresso but also fresh milk and a frother to make a proper latte. The apartment also had a hair dryer and full length mirror which was so helpful. The back patio of this apartment is so charming - I wish we had more time in San Sebastian to enjoy it. San Sebastian is an incredibly special town - I hope to be back soon!

The apartment is immaculate, very tastefully decorated, an amazing terrace, comfy beds, fully fitted kitchen with everything you need, bathrooms with lovely soaps/shampoo/conditioner, reed diffusers, heated towel rails and fluffy towels with showers that you could stand and soak in all day long. The owner, Aloña left coffee capsules for the Nespresso, milk, fresh cake, coke, water and some beers in the fridge which was such a welcome surprise. Not only that, she was super helpful in booking restaurants, taxis, suggesting places to go - I could not recommend this more highly. The location is in my opinion is exactly where you want to be, convenient for everything. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and slightly worried that leaving this review will mean we will never be able to re-book as it will always be full!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located—just steps from the Casco Viejo and the beach. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and we were warmly welcomed with a thorough explanation when receiving the keys. The washer/dryer combo was especially convenient for us. Overall, a fantastic stay in a well-equipped apartment!

There is not one thing we didn't like

This apartment is perfecto! Everything is provided by the gorgeous Alona to ensure your stay is wonderful. We just loved the location - right in the heart of centro and a short walk to the beach and old town. Fabulous supermarket just a few streets away so if you want to eat at home you have the most amazing choices. The apartment has everything you need and includes a washer/dryer which is great if you have been travelling for a few weeks. Can hardly wait to return. In love with San Sebastian 😍. The location of the apartment was fantastic! Right in the centre of town and walking distance to everywhere. However considering how central it was, it was very peaceful and you felt very secluded.

It would be helpful for the guests if there would be some written instructions on how to use the appliances in English or other international languages.

The location was excellent. It was on a quieter street but near where the center of activities was. The hostess was so gracious and organized. She got everything you need, with water in the fridge, pastries and umbrellas. She met us by the private parking lot when we arrived and transferred us to her flat. She brought us back to the parking lot when we were ready to leave. The place was clean and very pleasant, with a deck/balcony that was also well appointed.

The only trouble we had was with the keys to the front door to the building. It took several minutes of trial and error to get it to the sweet spot where it would actually turn and let you in.

The apartment was spotless and every possible amenity thoughtfully provided, from water, milk, beer and coke provided in the refrigerator to coffee pods to bathroom supplies. Our host even noticed from our passport that we were celebrating a birthday and had a coffee cake with candles and champagne waiting for us upon arrival. The back deck was absolutely charming and a perfect place to relax between pintxos runs. I would absolutely rent this place again. Very comfortable for four people.
