There wasn't a very comfortable place to sit, as the chairs weren't comfortable to use for longer periods. No place to dry the dishes.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was very central. Yet, one has to walk around 10 minutes to get there.

This wasn't an issue for us but keep in mind the building isn't in an area you can drive. We parked in the car park and it was approximately a 4 minute walk. They make you aware of this when you book. Some people may find this a bit difficult so I wanted to make a note of it.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed while walking the Via de la Plata. We took a rest day in Cáceres and booked this apartment. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor and close to restaurants and the old city. The kitchenette is small but incredibly well stocked! Shower is excellent. Bed is excellent. Communication and staff are excellent. It’s ideal. Highly recommend staying here while in Cáceres!

Despite sending messages to all guests about not smoking, there was still a strong odor in the hallway. There was clearly a guest smoking and I'm afraid nothing was done. Also, the apartments are not all the same. The one we stayed in didn't have any/very little natural light in the kitchen or living space. For one night it would have been fine, but I would suggest that for people that stay longer, like 3 nights, a different room would be better. Judging by the reviews, most people only stay 1-2 nights.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the location is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, however I agree with another person that said the shower could use a bit of work on the seals because there are signs of blackness and with just a little effort it would very much improve the appearance. The apartment was very quiet despite the location, the bed was comfy and there were amenities like the pack for washing dishes and shampoos etc that really helped. It is very good value for money.

Very comfortable apartment. It was centrally located to all the sites in the old city. A special shoutout to Brian, at the front desk. He was very helpful and kind. He found me a nearby gym so I could workout and walked me to my taxi on checkout day. Above and beyond the usual service. Thank you.

It is in the perfect location right near the center of town. It is a modern hotel/apartment with helpful staff. It is a big space given it is a studio apartment. Lots of cooking supplies!!!
