No elevator. For the persons who might have mobility issues it can be a challenge. And the drains did not soak the water properly, but for us it cannot ruin the general picture of the house which is very good!

We liked the location and the level of cleanliness of the house. It was very close to the center and the sights of Ronda and it was perfectly clean.

Instructions for the parking helped but pics if what the garage looked like would have helped. No real plugs near the couch. A power strip or something with usb port would be nice so you can be charging and in the living room.

Great proximity & easy walking distance to all the things in Ronda. And there is parking but a couple blocks away. Given parking is so hard to get this is a plus. Was a weekend night but street noise was not a problem as bedrooms in the back. There is no elevator so tough if you are not an able stair climber.

Didn't know ahead of time about getting the keys to the parking garage. I had to pay for parking to get to the apartment. Other than that miscommunication it's a good place to visit.

Bathroom had molds. There must be a way to clean those out. Bedroom closet in need of a touch up. Internet not working, TV not working... no channels. Garage had no lights... it was bit scary.

Check-in online was convenient & instructions were clear. Locating the parking spot was a bit tricky... we needed to go 3 times around. Suggest to put a picture of the entrance gate for reference. And, also mention stores/establishments beside & in front of it. Walkable distance to the Puente Nuevo.

-the apartment is very used and was not clean at all/ very dirty - the parking spot is somewhere else and you need to walk with your luggage as stopping on the street might not be an option as they are narrow and full of cars - the bathroom had mold and the taps were full of limescale - not very pleasant to take a shower.. - the kitchen was very dirty, you need to wash the dishes before using them and they did not leave anything, not even a coffee or tea

- good location and free parking spot (however the parking is 6 min walk from the apartment) - comfortable beds (2 double beds)

Practically we couldn't sleep in the apartment since the owner was not picking up his phone and we could not enter. We had to book another flat. The owner refused to deal with the case saying that his is in his phone 24/7 . After showing him screen shots proving,that two different numbers , in different hour have called , he simply said that we should have insisted more on calling. It was a cold night so we had to book another place to stay. Awful attitude from the owner

It was horrible, it smelled like there was a dying rat in the apartment, we did not sleep at all and stayed up coughing the whole time. Some of us even covered our nose when in bed. Everything was nasty like the kitchen tools and bathtub. There were holes in the towels or they weren’t that white. You can read about the nasty smell complains from older reviews, however the host denied that guests complained about this earlier. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I’d rather get my money back. this was the worst apartment during our travel in Andalusia.
