The apartment is really well located, right near the center. It's quite comfortable. We only stayed for one day and cooked dinner, and the kitchen is quite reasonable. The host always responded to messages in a timely manner. I recommend it.

Couldn’t get the wifi to work at all so had to use mobile data and thought it was expensive for what it was.

We enjoyed a lovely night in Toledo with our dog Woody whilst travelling from Uk. The ease of booking and getting into the apartment ( with videos sent of exactly how to access ) was perfect. The location is fabulous and you are right in the heart of this beautiful destination . Tea and coffee and toiletries are provided. You can cook if you want to , but we ate out literally just round the corner and enjoyed the marvellous stew from Toledo . Thank you so much for excellent communication and restaurant suggestions throughout .

The bed was slightly harder than I would prefer, but that's individual preference. I couldn't find the wifi as described in the provided information, but I didn't really need it so I didn't ask the host. I'm sure it would have been sorted.

The apartment wasn't the same as in the pictures, but it was very good and had everything we needed. Nice, big bathroom with a nice shower, lots of towels and included soaps, and a well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and some complementary cakes. Lovely with the small balconies and the great view. The host was very helpful even though we booked and arrived within half an hour. Gave us suggestions for what to see and where to go, and help finding parking and a place to eat when we arrived late on the Saturday evening. Location was really good.

We struggled with the cooker hob but managed to make it work. A set of instructions would have been helpful.

Unfortunately there were plugs missing in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom sink was cracked and the shower needs an update.The bed was a little uncomfortable but ok for short stays.

Location was excellent, parking as you would expect a little tricky and expensive.

Internet was slow at times. Shower drain capacity was slower than water speed, so need to be careful not to overflow the shower basin.

Bedroom could do with thicker blinds or curtains as every car that went past during the night lit up the bedroom.

Didn’t like that the apartment was not the one illustrated on Booking.com website. This could be described as false representation. On this occasion the apartment exceeded our expectations, this has not always been the case with Booking.com.

Location of the property, style of the property, everything you could possibly need was available. The agent was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Toledo with secure parking in a locked garage just opposite. Lovely and clean, incredibly comfy bed & an absolutely fantastic & helpful host Isa. Will be back next year, could recommend more.
