It was Fantastic and Unforgettable time!!! Very hospitable owner, clean and comfortable appartment with moder appliances and MOST IMPORTANT (!!!) with incredible / amazing locaiton and window view. Appartment located in walking access to any sights / location, like parks, cafe, shops, bus station etc. Dear Juan, Thank you for Fantastic arrangement!!!

Nothing could have been better. It was perfect. Super clean, many little details to make it special. Juan has done a great job to make the place special.

The location was great. And the property extremely well kept and spotless. The host couldn't be better. Will greatly recommend it to anyone. Hope to come back some other time.

Juan was there to meet us and took us into a modern, spacious and exceptionally clean apartment. It was airy and bright . Juan was helpful and friendly and available for any queries. We would definitely stay here again .

I never do reviews but something has to be said this time.This is a gem of an apartment which is extremely good value. The owner has thought of everything and you don't have to worry about anything. It's all there: beach towels, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, umbrellas, welcome pack etc Two very comfy double beds, very well equipped kitchen. Very clean. The owner has worked in hospitality all his life and knows what people need and what they like. It's in a quiet corner of old Gijon but easy to drive to. There is a lift. There's a car park up the road with wide bays There are loads of restaurants within easy walking distance. View of the beach. Gijon is a great place for exploring the wondeŕful coast of Asturias. Thoroughly recommended. Very difficult to beat.

Perfect apartment in Gijon. It has everything you'd need for your stay, The apartment is on ground level, located a few steps from Plaza Mayo, and several Bars and restaurants on a very quiet street. It's also close to a parking lot and I recommend booking a spot since parking in the region is very limited. Juan suggested it and we couldn't be happier with it!

The host was brilliant reaching out before we left and also waited after our flight was delayed. The apartment was spacious and absolutely immaculate . Everything worked ,the host even went out his way to help us on a couple of unexpected items we thought we'd need to buy were provided . Host also looked out for our dietary needs and found us some great eating places all in all a wonderful host and apartment , we will be back .

Everything for our stay was perfect. The apartment did not lack anything that we needed.

The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. It was super easy to make contact with the owner and arrange a time to meet to receive and return the keys. The apartment was very clean and beautiful and had everything that a person could need including suggestion of things to do and places to eat and Juan even left oranges for us as well as a few other things. Super apartment and super host.

Honestly could not fault anything.

If this was a hotel it would be awarded a form 5 stars. Everything was excellent, decoration appointed with every home confort and all to a very high standard a very well kept apartment, we thought it had just been refurbished everything was like new despite being refurbed over a year ago when speaking to the owner. Will defo return the location was superb and so close to both the beach and the port only a couple of minutes walk either direction. The owners kept in contact with very clear info and were there waiting our arrival there was wine, water, milk and fruit and even chocolates at the side of the bed which was very comfy!

Beautiful and absolutely spotless apartment with everything you need and more. Lovely bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows, amazing bathroom, kitchen with all the amenities, stylish and comfortable living room, books and folders about Asturias, great activities and restaurants recommendations including places for people with special dietary requirements, perfect location and quiet at night. The hosts are amazing.

I can't think of a single thing

Extremely comfortable and well appointed apartment in Cimavilla, the oldest part of Gijón, with lots of bars and restaurants in the area, short walk to Plaza Mayor. Two good sized bedrooms each with a view of Playa de San Lorenzo, plenty of storage space. Good shower, very well equipped kitchen
