Excellent location to have access to lots of sites. We walked everywhere. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating. Restaurants all around you for eating out. Two flights of stairs to hotel once in building. Close to bus station from airport to walk to and from hotel.

The rooms could have been a bit more clean. The bed was refreshed daily, as well as our towels and water in the fridge. However upon arrival there was dust on the floor (corners, under the night cabinet). Even though the room was clean overall, I think a few details could have been cleaner as well

The hotel is located in the heart of Barcelona, which makes it easy to travel within the city. The rooms were modern & aesthetically pleasing. Everything we needed was there and the service provided was amazing.

TV did not work, no network connection. But this was not essential for our stay.

Excellent central location, the room was to the back of the hotel so it was peaceful for good sleep. We booked the tiny room so it was small but was equipped with all the necessities. Staff were excellent. Friendly and attentive and provided a kettle when we asked for one. Bed was super comfortable. Good shower.

It would be great to have some more storage room in the bathroom (we had room 7), there was barely any room at the bathroom sink to put stuff.

Perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona, very good communication and service throughout the whole stay, cute room with a beautiful shared terrace. Water, tea and coffee provided for free, rooms cleaned daily. Overall a great stay!

there were two beds, double bed was soo good and comfortable, however the second bad (single) was terrible. my friend slept there for one night and woke up with terrible back pain. then rest of our stay, we had to share the double bed. when we try to communicate that to the staff they said “it says on your reservation one double bed and one single bed”. they were not capable of understanding that the second bed was sooo uncomfortable. we paid for it but we couldn’t use it

We had a triple room and the bathroom was very small also needed a bit more storage space. Felt a bit uncomfortable with the shared balcony at first with two other rooms but got used to this.

The fridge took a long time to cool water. Teabags could have been better in a packet or container . Realised on the 3rd day that the balcony was shared .

It was clean, and our room was sorted everyday 👌 air-conditioning worked . Easy access to all the places and our receptionist advised us on how to get a taxi right in front of the hotel. Thank you gir the supply of water..

The main entrance from the road side is not great. I bumped my head on the door many times as I entered and left and it was difficult getting my suitcase in and out. It's a very large door which remains closed with a small door opening that unlocks when you tap your card to the card reader. The place looks derelict on the inside of the entrance. The room felt congested and there was hardly any walking space from in front of the beds. None of the bathroom doors had a single lock, the sliding doors didn't allow for sound proofing which made it uncomfortable when using the facilities. There was no lift available so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. There was no shower door to allow for privacy. It's a very open plan bathroom and the main bathroom door is a sliding door which is not lockable. The deco was gloomy

The terrace was a nice feature to make up for the congested room. The shower was warm and powerful. Water pressure was good. We checked in pretty quickly.

Daily supply of bath towels and more coffee capsules in the room would have been nice.

There was no breakfast, location was ideal and the balcony was a nice addition.
